Why is the cure to cancer illegal?

Does cannabis cure cancer? I have no idea. The reality is, under the current laws we have, we will never know.  (May 30, 2012 | post #34)

Why is the cure to cancer illegal?

You do realize the name of the thread is "Why is the cure to cancer illegal?" which would mean that the people understand that no doctor, in any country, is fully approved to administer THC as a cure to cancer.  (May 29, 2012 | post #32)

Do you want a fair and impartial investigation into it or not?  (May 7, 2012 | post #18)

Cop bashing facebook page? What the hell are you talking about. Again, I don't hate cops. I hate what they allow themselves to be. They did not join the force to be "the bad guy" but todays para-military police forces have allowed themselves to be morphed into the bad guy role. I could say that I hope you get shot by a power hungry cop, who thought you had a gun, but it was actually your cell phone, but I won't because that would ignorant. I don't want cops to ever have to kill someone, even though are times that they do. The mental anguish of knowing you took a life, is hard for anyone to deal with espically those in uniform. Your sad, pitiful attempt to be mean wasn't up to par. Your assumption that I hate all cops, is wrong. I just signed a petition to keep Chief Burton on as the Columbia police chief. Why? Because he had the balls to fire one of the "bad" cops, and the police unions are wanting him to resign.  (May 7, 2012 | post #17)

So I guess all women are victims??? Is this correct trish??? Wow get a clue. There are many women out there that are the physical attacker. What was at one time uncommon is no longer. I have made it very clear that I I don't know what actually happened. Yes I agree that sheriff dept will conduct a Fair investigation as to justification used here. If you want to know what's up then you waltz in there asked sheriff kyle yourself. I don't have too, the news already did, and here is what he said "Officers confronted the initial suspect in the front yard of the house. A physical struggle ensued and the individual was shot one time," said Kyle. "One person undertook some behavior that created a situation where officers had to defend themselves."  (May 3, 2012 | post #6)

"One person undertook some behavior that created a situation where officers had to defend themselves." Yep, sounds like a fair and impartial investigation is going to happen (eyeroll)  (May 1, 2012 | post #4)

What part of "I have no idea if it was justified or not" Are you failing to understand? The fact that there where multiple calls to the residence for domestic disturbance really bothers me. I'm sure the husband could have been the abused one in the situation, but that's abnormal don't you think? Most woman who actually attack the abuser in a domestic assault case are not the typical criminal. One would think that the police would view her as a victim, not a violent criminal. But I'm confident that the Christian County Sherriff's office will conduct an impartial and fair investigation of the Officer's actions in defending himself against a violent suspect. I have a bridge for sale, wanna check it out?  (May 1, 2012 | post #3)

Juvenile System "Informal Adjustment"

if u have a teenager thats been n trouble with POT then get a realty check!! They may need a little bit of HELP!!! GET YOUR TEENAGGER HELP!! NOw What exactly the kind of help would they need? Do you want them to part of the 94% of people who enter rehab due to force (judical or parental) rather than need? How is that proven? While THC stays in the system 28 days, most who enter rehab by force will test negative on a urine screen. Kids should not be Using cannabis (unless medically needed with Doctor and Parent controls in place) but this need to pad the pockets of substance abuse centers is just as slimy as the drug dealer who sells cannabis to kids.  (Apr 21, 2012 | post #59)

Love this study from DARE: Yes, teachers and parents say it works, and yes we gave surveys for the kids, but we are only going to release the survey of the teachers and parents, not the kids. http://www.dare.co m/home/Resources/S tory1eb3.asp?N=Res ources&M=16 &S=43 At Least this police chief was honest: Are we going to be able to say the D.A.R.E. program is definitely having an impact on the drug problem? In drug prevention, it is difficult to say how effective we are. All we can do is keep working at it, much like doctors have worked to get to the cause of human diseases. It may take a long time to see the effects our D.A.R.E. program has had, but social issues like drug abuse need a multifaceted approach of both prevention and education to be successful. D.A.R.E. is just one approach. http://www.dare.co m/new_site/resourc es/research/law &order.htm Notice on this one how they say the way the programed was developed and sold throughout the US works, not the program itself. http://www.substan ceabusepolicy.com/ content/1/1/25 Conclusion The D.A.R.E. organization and service delivery network provides a framework for the rapid dissemination of evidence-based prevention strategies. The major strength of D.A.R.E. is its natural affiliation to local law enforcement agencies through state coordinators. Through these affiliations, it has been possible for D.A.R.E. to become established nationally within a few years and internationally within a decade. Understanding how this structure developed and currently functions provides insights into how other such delivery systems could be developed. All of these came from http://www.dare.co m/home/Resources/S tory1eb3.asp?N=Res ources&M=16 &S=43 If that isn't a enough proof for you, I don't know what could be.  (Apr 19, 2012 | post #29)
