bigsingle,is this it? Did the police test Scott’s alcohol or drug level? And as he stated,“him and his GF was up at 3:30am because they were arguing”. I Guarantee he just strolled in from being w/one of his other boo’s and got busted. Going by this chart the kid consumed (if at 150lbs.) approx. 3-4 ounces of liquor. At .080 there is a definite impairment of muscle coordination and driving skills; At .10 there is a clear deterioration of reaction time and control; And as for the reefer, it was proved that that was from previous smoking. i said yesterday that i would NOT want to be on this jury. i think it's going to be hard for them to figure out the law. i'm NOT saying that MR Scott was rite or wrong because i just don't know. i'm glad to see the jury taking it's time to get the rite verdic, i would hate to see them rush through this. I would not want to be on this jury. i think it's going to be hard for them to decide how the law works. i'm not saying MR Scott was rite or wrong because i just don't know. i hope that i never have to make a choice like this, guilty or not???? so now we wait and see??? (Thursday Dec 17 | post #40)

bigsingle, no fighting, ok. i just want to say that ( if ) what MR Scott says is true, i think if ( i ) were in his position that i would do the same thing. yes, even if i had called the police i would still try and do what i could to protect my stuff. your point is valid, it may not be the smartest thing to do, but that's just me. Paterson orders delaying 10% of school aid
something was gonna get cut and i don't belive we have seen the last of this. the next thing we will hear is that New York State is going to tax cigarettes, gas, food, maybe a raise increase on the thruway again, who knows BUT you can bet that we will be paying more. i for one will be voting for change next year, the sad part about that is neither party has a good canidate for office. i am also a old geeser with many joint replacements and i can honestly say that my mom bought me toys that didn't hurt me. i agree, i think it's a parents decision on what type of toy their child may or may not like or if they feel that it may cause harm to the child. it seems that every Christmas season their is a toy that causes problems for children, i guess the only thing a parent can do is to just think about their child when it comes to buying that toy. i want to wish everyone a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS, may all your dreams come true :) red neck man, i have not forgotten you, ok, (Saturday Dec 12 | post #13)
