Man killed on railroad tracks in Roane County

No, Roane co have the laziest and most incompitent investigators I've ever seen in law enforcement. I've never heard of so many people dying on a railroad tracks especially down behind the big orange bar. Thats about 3 or 4....funny, it's no other part of town.  (Mar 22, 2014 | post #39)

Anyone know what became of Patricia Woolery after robbing...

Never heard anymore about charges or sentencing for the robbery. Curious because she had no weapon or made any threats to the bank clerk, she simply asked for 5000 dollars and she got it and left, did'nt sound like a tipicle bank robbery. I believe it was Oct. 2013  (Jan 26, 2014 | post #1)

Roane fender bender leads to killing

This whole thing sickens me. When we lost Dave a week ago to such childish nonsense and just plain stupidity by a grown man either showing off to his friends or as I feel by purposely wanting to cause pain or death. It's aweful. Dave wouldn't hurt a flea. He would've had this nuts car fixed if he had to borrow the money to do so but he wasn't given a chance to do that. Now folks want pity for Eric - I don't think so! Last I heard Eric is still alive and walking around town and Dave was buried recently - Dave's dead people - Eric's alive - big difference there don't you think? Pity or hope of any kind for Eric - Not here people!!!!  (Jul 31, 2011 | post #1)

people selling prescription pain pills

I have a dad who gets pain pills from his family dr. and from the va. (the same pills) and he sells them to go to the casino. He disgusts me because he does'nt care who he may be killing, he is 74 and I don't understand how these drs. don't know they are both giving him the same pills. how do you stop this cycle without putting him in prison? I don't talk to him, but I don't want to jeopardise someones life on account of a person who puts a dollar sign on peoples life. Anyone who could reply I would appreciate you.  (Apr 23, 2010 | post #40)

Foster father, convicted of voluntary manslaughter, to be...

I believe DHS should've had this kid in an institution vs. continuing to send him to several foster homes. What about the violence the boy inflicted on younger children and previous foster parents. This trial wouldn't be gaining media attention if the biological mother wasn't suing for $40 million dollars for a son she hadn't even had custody of. I'm sure there's more to all of this story then anyone will ever know. This boy needed more help than a foster home could ever give him that I don't think anyone could honestly deny saying. I don't believe the foster father ever meant for this boy to die. A child is dead that had serious problems and I can understand since I myself am adopted. This man deserved punishment for sure but I don't believe it should have been voluntary manslaughter. I think this boy was totally out of control that night well the whole situation got out of control. I think the man should've just called 911 but I believe in time that boy would've killed someone eventually if he didn't get the help he needed. This is sad all around.  (Dec 16, 2009 | post #33)
