I use to like Kanye, until he started getting a big ego and throws tantrums when he doesn't win awards. (Sep 12, 2007 | post #8)
LMAO at the comments about hard-boiled eggs! I needed a good laugh this morning! (Aug 30, 2007 | post #9)
I LOVE IT!! For once they publicized a story that DIDN'T involve a pitbull! It's funny how the owner of the lab claims that "he was just along for the ride" and didn't do anything. Kind of like how that lab mauled the lady with the first face transplant? ALL dogs are animals and have to be treated that way...Lab, Rott, Pitbull, etc. (Aug 24, 2007 | post #38)
"Clothing department stores have the impression that everyone in America is obese. The smallest size in the adult men's department is 29. An adult male shopping for a size 26-28 waist must resort to shopping in the boys department. You are able to find the correct waist, but the length is equal to capri pants for women. It is frustrating and truly embarrassing when you're a 40-year-old male!" I hear you loud and clear. I have to resort to shopping in the Juniors section to find any kind of business attire and we all know what those clothes look like! They look like what a 16 yr old would wear! I hate it! Not every woman is a size 2-10! There are women who are smaller than that and would like to wear "women clothing." (Aug 21, 2007 | post #8)
Yea, I've seen that too...which is also DISGUSTING. I'd just like to know what their justification is. I mean, there has to be one! It's either...they don't care about their child's health, or their addiction is more important. (Jun 20, 2007 | post #10)
"People who smoke while pushing a baby carriage tick me off." Yea, I hate to see this too...it's not like they have the option to get up and walk away from it. (Jun 19, 2007 | post #3)
"I'm so tired of hearing about the tornado sirens we want to spend thousands of dollars installing. It works in Kansas and Oklahoma, and that's great. Those people have basements to go to. In Florida, where are we going to go when we hear a siren? Instead of getting hit by a tornado, we panic for 20 minutes and then get hit by a tornado." LMAO! (Jun 5, 2007 | post #7)
AMEN! You are to share the word with other Christians and non-Christians...because God says that His word is powerful enough to pierce their hearts. Our only job is to SHARE the word, not tell people what to do or how to live, because like you said, ultimately, everyone will have to answer to Him (in my opinion). (May 18, 2007 | post #307)
"One thing for sure, if you read the New Testament, you would no in your heart that Jesus would not angrily condem homosexuals the way the Pat Robertsons and James Dobsons do." God sees all sins alike...lying, murder, cheating, coveting...I guess this board is turning to the question of whether being gay is a sin. (May 18, 2007 | post #302)
Monetary investments? You mean our offerings and tithes? I wasn't aware that I was giving my offering and tithes each week to support any marriages in the church, homosexual or not. (May 18, 2007 | post #297)
Apparently, you seem to have the answer to everyone's problem about gas. If you knew "enough" about your fuel efficient car, you would know that numerious studies show that the cost you pay for the car does not offset the car...for several reasons. You paid more for your car than you wouldn't paid for the same size "regular " car. That extra cost would ONLY offset the cost in about 8 years if you were able to drive about 50mph or faster AT ALL TIMES (your car is ONLY fuel efficient when you're driving at a certain speed or faster). Oh...and maybe $20 a month isn't much to you, but to people like me, that's 3/4 tank of gas. Sorry if we're not so lucky to live 5 miles away from home like you and I guess it's our fault for living in places like Orlando where the highway is like a parking lot. (May 18, 2007 | post #20)
Yea, I too, would like to know who they're interviewing. I'm surely not traveling anywhere because I can't afford the gas. My car takes regular 87 gas...and now I have to pay $3/gal? I thought that's why I bought a Nissan Sentra and not a Mercedes! (May 18, 2007 | post #13)
This board is HILARIOUS! Heathens vs. Christians! HA HA HA HA! (May 18, 2007 | post #281)
