From 1976 to 2005 -- * 86% of white victims were killed by whites * 94% of black victims were killed by blacks that's alot of black on white and black on black homicide. blacks commit 46% of crimes (that means almost half) but they make up 13% of the population. it's right there in the government report. get back to me when you have something valid to say.
