Indeed, it has happened since the beginning of time and will continue no matter what humans do. It is the epitome of arrogance to believe that the human race is capable of changing the climate on a global level. And it is the height of arrogance to pronounce the current climate as opitmal. All of this is compounded with lies, biased research, and outright fraud. I know you very well, you are an apologist for collectivism, an ideology that can only be enforced through violence and oppression, and the stifling of dissent. You can pretend otherwise but all one has to do is observe how your ideology has played out where ever it has been tried, it never ends well and lots of blood is spilled. One thread that has been consistant in your posts is your refusal to address the issue of insisting that our state legislators revise the Constitution and make their stance clear. I have seen this strategy from those who espouse your philosophy many times. What you are is a collectivist who believes he knows better how to disburse other's wealth than they do. You also ignore the focus of the comment which I find interesting. I understand from the perspective of a propogandizer that I am indded a lousy student because I have the temerity to recognize the gaseous emissions of a wind bag teacher as self deluded _______ ( Topix won't let me say it). What I find most interesting is you refuse to comment on the role of State Legislatures and their responsibilies to legislate within their Constitutional mandate. As far as speaking for Jesus I did not, I only stated what He Himself said... you may deny His existance if you desire I do not care either way. What Roe v Wade has to do with that issue is beyond my ability to fathom, perhaps you can enlighten me O wise one. Better yet, stick to the topic and explain why you are not concerned that our State Legislatures will not ammend or redraft the State Constitution to be in compliance with Federal regulations, THAT is my concern. I do understand the federal laws supercede state laws. The clause I am speaking of is in the NC Constitution.. I want it REMOVED, and I want it done publically. If the law is unenforceable because it is Unconstitutional then our STATE legislatures have a duty and a responsibility to remove it and to do it publically...I happen to agree that it is a bad idea for it to remain. One does not just ignore outdated legislation, a responsible public sertvant does what he is paid to do and rewrites the laws to meet the requirements of the Constitution.... what part of that are you not understanding or are you so arrogant you do not understand changing legislation? I suspect you do not want a public discussion of the removal of the clause. That is exactly what I ask, transparency and for the public servants whose salaries I pay to do what they are paid to do. Nothing more, nothing less. I am not disagreeing with the premise that the law is unenforceable and unjust. Thanks again for the condescending and arrogant attitude, it only confirms my believe that you are an elitist collectivist who believes themselves to be wiser and smarter than all the peons he happens to run across. I do understand that it is unenfoceable, thank you for your usual condescension, it confirms my believe that you are an arrogant collectivist. That being said what I really want is for the State Legislature to rewrite this clause and I want a public vote on who supports the change. All I ask for is transparency. You cannot pick and choose which laws you will or will not obey in a system of laws. I just want Legislatures to grow a pair and take a public stand and explain what they believe and why they vote the way they do. It may be inconvenient but that is how the system is supposed to work.
