Mizuho Upgrades HSBC to "Buy"

Is the British Government and the Regulators treating Mr. Flowers differently then they treated Mr. Flint the Chairman of Mr. Gulliver and the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc?????? The wide-ranging investigation in the Co-op Bank announced by Mr. Osborne followed calls from David Cameron for an inquiry into the decision to appoint Mr. Flowers as chairman at the bank. Yes there is a great need to investigate the behaviour of Mr. Flowers but Mr. Flowers is just one person. Did the Co-op Bank launder over 880 million in drug cartel's money or allowed Iran to pass $19.5 billion through the Bank? No. The Senate investigation concluded that HSBC provided a, "gateway for terrorists to gain access to U.S. dollars and the U.S. financial system." Yet when HSBC Group did this, did Mr. Osborne and Mr. Cameron start asking for an investigation into the Board of Directors of HSBC??? No way and why have they not?? How many Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc have jobs with this Government????? Has Mr. Flowers just got friends in low place instead of high place???? Will Mr. Cameron & Mr. Osborne the FCA & PRA act with courageous integrity and show there is no bias and announce an investigation into the criminal and illegal behaviour of the HSBC Group?????? The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) - who agree there is a public interest in a statutory investigation, " a Treasury spokesman said. Why has the PRA & the FCA refused to announced “there is a public interest in a statutory investigation” into the behaviour of the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc, for the HSBC Group’s illegal and criminal behaviour for over ten years??????? The chancellor used the Financial Services Act 2012 to order an independent investigation into "events at the Co-op Bank and the circumstances surrounding them". This will date from 2008 and include the conduct and appointment of directors. Why has the chancellor not used the Financial Services Act 2012 to order an independent investigation into "events at the HSBC Group and the circumstances surrounding them committing illegal and criminal behaviour for over ten years"? Separately, the FCA and PRA are considering whether they should launch formal enforcement investigations. Andrew Tyrie, chairman of the Treasury Select Committee, said: “A comprehensive independent inquiry is much needed. The Co-op bank’s problems appear to have developed over many years. Prime Minister Mr. Cameron & Chancellor Mr. Osborne the FCA & PRA Andrew Tyrie, chairman of the Treasury Select Committee, why have these people and regulators never called for the same level of investigation into Mr.Flint the Chairman of Mr. Gulliver and the Board of Directors and previous Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc???????????  (Nov 23, 2013 | post #1)

HSBC Given Hold Rating at Numis Securities Ltd

As the shareholders in Germany opposes the re-election of Mr Flint as Chairman and Mr Gulliver CEO of HSBC Holdings Plc. Mr Stuart Gulliver describes HSBC’s Criminal behaviour as Errors Is Mr Douglas Flint HSBC’s and Scotland’s answer to Pinocchio? Will British shareholders show the same Courageous Integrity or will the support the Chairman and the CEO? At the 2010 Mr Flint strongly object to my reference to Nick Lesson, as a shareholder of HSBC I have to say I would prefer dealing with the likes of the Lesson's of this world than the Flint's and Gulliver's. A Fool or just Bullshxt by Mr Gulliver? He gave the world Courageous Integrity and HSBC Values. Is he leading by example? Mr Gulliver states Drug Cartels being able to launder money through HSBC for over ten years was an Error. This is a man, who studied Law at Oxford University, so a reasonable person would think Mr Gulliver would know the difference between Errors and Criminal behaviour? A little history of Mr Gulliver and what pearls of wisdom he has share with the world. Mr Gulliver didn't come from a wealthy family and did not go to public school. Mr Gulliver went to grammar school in Plymouth, and then went on to study Law at Oxford University. He wanted to be a barrister but my parents couldn’t afford it. Later he met a HSBC Executive at a drinks party, the rest is history as they say. Quotes by Mr Gulliver You can reinvent yourself in Hong Kong the only limitation is your own intelligence and drive. On HSBC he says he wants HSBC is seen as a moral and decent firm. Is this another obscene joke by Mr Gulliver, what is moral and decent about HSBC allowing money laundering and lying and cheating customers in India? I want to hand this firm off with its reputation intact or enhanced at the end of my stewardship. The reputation of HSBC in the USA concerning money laundering and the abuses of customers, will never recover while he is the CEO. He states that HSBC is completely different to the one who made the errors. Is this Mr Gulliver telling the truth? There are thirteen Board Directors who were Directors before 2010 and still Directors today, so how is HSBC different today The damage The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in India (Mr Gulliver is their Chairman) has and is doing to innocent people not only in India, also to Indian's around the world is unforgivable. Mr Gulliver didn't come from a wealthy family so why is he allowing tens of thousands of ordinary Indian family's lives to be destroyed by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in India? Tens of thousands of Family’s around the world will be very HAPPY when Mr Flint and Mr Gulliver leave HSBC. For them the illegal and criminal behaviour of HSBC may stop? http://www.moneyli fe.in/article/how- much-longer-can-th e-fm-rbi-ignore-hs bc-in-india/32599. html?utm_source=Po weRelayEDM&utm _medium=Email& utm_content=Subscr iber%23182078& utm_campaign=Today %27s%20Exclusives Yours sincerely Michael Mason-Mahon Mobile: 0044 7834763544 Mobile: 0044 7448770801 E-mail: ckmdm@aol.com "First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win."  (May 17, 2013 | post #1)

HSBC employees demand compensation

Before reading anything about HSBC, people should go to youtube: 1) How HSBC Chairman Mr Flint lied to shareholders. 2) Also look at Protest against HSBC in Mumbai. 3) Help Stop Bankers Cheating Is Lies the new truth at HSBC? Is Cowardice the new Courageous Integrity at HSBC? Is HSBC stealing people’s reputations, is HSBC committing fraud against customers in India and Indian's around the world? Will the members of the Banking Committee of the USA and the DOJ start a new investigation of the HSBC Group for the illegal behaviour of HSBC India and has the HSBC Group broken the Deferred Prosecution Agreement. Mr Gulliver states 'HSBC of today' is vastly different to the one that made the errors. Mr Gulliver the behaviour was criminal not an error. Is HSBC is still abusing customers in India; many people are claims HSBC has committed fraud against them? Should someone be investigating TheHongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited for the personal details supplied with the sale of their written off credit card debt? By the behaviour of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in India, is HSBC Group breaking the Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the DOJ in the USA? Mr Flint has stated many times "Nothing is more important than our reputation" so why has Mr Flint not resigned, maybe it would take Courageous Integrity? Where is HSBC's reputation today? What is the response of Mr Flint? The major question is, can any decent society afford the behaviour of HSBC?  (Mar 23, 2013 | post #1)

HSBC Plans Biffa Seizure and 4 Stocks Enjoying 52-Week Highs

Did Mr. Flint Chairman & the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc SLEEP PEACEFULLY LAST NIGHT? Why can't Mr. Flint & the Directors act with Courageous Integrity? Once again I have received a request for help concerning the behaviour of HSBC in India. As Mr. Flint the Chairman and the Board of Directors sleeps peacefully in their beds, how many people around the World cannot sleep peacefully in their beds because of HSBC's behaviour? I can only talk about what Mr. Flint and the Directors have allowed to take place in India, since the 2010 AGM I have highlighted the unacceptable behaviour of HSBC India to our shareholders and the Board of Directors. Only to have Mr Flint the Chairman to deny the very serious problems, Is Mr Flint and the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc guilty of what maybe one of the biggest abuses of customers in the World? As major shareholders and Insurance Companies support Mr Flint and his Board of Directors, is it no wonder Mr Flint and the Board of Directors can get away with these abuses of the people in India. Let me talk about what is going on in India and the thousands of people that have not slept peacefully for many nights not just tonight because of the behaviour of HSBC India. Falsely registering people with CIBIL (The Chairman stated that is was a invidious irritation to customers when they were registered on CIBIL., is this Chairman just ignorant to what it means when a person is registered on CIBIL) and demanding money with the threat of registering people with CIBIL if they do not pay. The miss-selling of Credit Cards by their Direct Sales Agents who stated the card was free for life. People not receiving statement for years then HSBC demands money which includes penalty charges, when customers try to complaint they are told pay first then we will deal your complaint. Refusing to deal with customer’s representative of their choice, is this behaviour illegal? There are very serious questions concerning HSBC and how they apply penalty charges, are they legally applied or did HSBC break the Law when applying these charges? How many more nights will Mr Flint and the Board of Directors sleep peacefully while the people in India suffer? Is this the TRUE HSBC Values and their Courageous Integrity? HSBC Appoints New Head of U.K. Retail Unit

With Mr Joe Garner going HSBC will be poorer for his departure, may wish you all the best and thank you. It is a great shame it is not Mr Flint, thousands of people in India want Mr Flint to go. Stuart Levey Chief Legal Officer HSBC Holdings Plc Written Testimony for Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Mr Levey I do question the testimony you have given, Mr Levey may I ask if you are willing to give your legal opinion concerning the behaviour of Mr Flint and the false information (lies) his has been giving to shareholders at the AGM's? In your testimony, (HSBC has been an upstanding corporate citizen all over the world) have you looked at what The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in India has been doing to the people in India? Far from being upstanding corporate citizen in India the evidence proves Mr Flint and the Board of Directors have failed so many people in India. In your testimony I do draw your attention "This is a bank that has helped thousands of individuals and small businesses realize their dreams". How many individuals lives have HSBC ruined in India, how many complaints has HSBC ignored, has HSBC acted against the Rules and Regulations of the RBI and Standard Board of India? You only have to ask Dewani Shankar, Pramit Bikram, Ravi Shankar and Sanjeev Kumar just to name a few, what they think of how HSBC helped them and what they think of Courageous Integrity they have been shown. May I ask you just to look at the following link: http://www.consume rcomplaints.in/?se arch=hsbc-bank and look at the type of complaints, as an ex Regulator you should be seriously concerned and shocked by this behaviour. Baltimore: The city that sues the banks

Mr Douglas Flint Chairman of HSBC Holdings Plc As Chairman has he showed Courageous Integrity or just Cowardice? Is Mr Flint a man you want to trust being the Chairman of a Global Bank? Some of Mr Flints quotes "Nothing is more important than our reputation"? "Mr Flint was saying last year sorry for our weaknesses" (is this reference to Money Laundering in the USA). This year he is saying "‘We cannot undo the mistakes" Mr Flint, however "insisted no member of the current management should be held responsible for "what happened in the past." As he sits in Canada Square 42 floors above reality, is this man really concerned about HSBC's reputation? Is Mr Flint not man enough to accept responsibility for his and the Banks actions? People judge a company for what it has done in the past and what a past HSBC has. Mr Flint is a big part of HSBC's past, he was the Finance & Board Director when the illegal behaviour was going on. It is my personal belief and experience that Mr Flint as Chairman has very serious problems with telling the truth, even when he should be telling the truth (what he can?) he will still not tell the truth. Will Mr Flint be remember as the Chairman who was responsible for allowing a Bank to cheat, stealing their reputation and for ruining so many people's lives in India? Should any decent society have to accept the unacceptable behaviour of Mr Flint (the Chairman) and HSBC Holdings Plc. Mr Flint should understand Sorry is only meaningful when a person truly regrets his deeds. Is Mr Flint avoiding his moral and legal responsibilities as Chairman by not stopping the fraud being committed by HSBC? Their treatment of people in India, I have found to be horrendous, disgraceful and illegal, it is my personal belief a criminal investigation should take place concerning the behaviour of Mr Flint as Chairman of HSBC Holdings Plc. Will Mr Flint be remember as a Chairman who showed Courageous Integrity or just Cowardice? Mr Flint as Chairman you are the MISTAKE and a very bad MISTAKE at that, just ask customers in India about you. What are the Board of Directors of HSBC Holdings Plc doing, are they showing Courageous Integrity or just Cowardice? Let the Senate set the fine at $4 Billion or $2 Billion with a 9-12 months Suspension of their Banking Licence and the removal of Mr Flint as Chairman. That would be good start to restoring the reputation of HSBC. This Link is very concerning: http://www.worldla wdirect.com/forum/ class-act...
