At least 11 killed in Mexico clashes

Acapulco has been a hotspot for narco violence since the Mexican government waged war against cartels in late 2006. Acapulco has been unable to slow the violence since multiple cartels are constantly feuding for the same city. No dominant cartel exists here. Cuban Deported to Mexico Dismembered 17yr Old Girl

http://www.hellone arthblog.com/2012/ 02/cuban-deported- from-us-dismembers .html Henry Jose Puentes Padilla was arrested last week in connection with the murder of a missing teenage girl in Tijuana. He quickly confessed to killing and dismembering a 17 year old female who lived in the streets of Tijuana. He claims they had a relationship but he killed her after she refused to have sex with him. Itzel Jaqueline Fontes Ortiz, a native of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, was deaf and unable to speak. Ortiz sold bread on the streets of Tijuana for a living. She apparently met Puentes Padilla, who was 33 years old, on the streets and began some type of relationship with him. She had visited him at his house the day he killed her. Puentes Padilla cut the limbs off of Ortiz and spread them out in a Tijuana sewer. After the murder he apparently fled Tijuana for Mexicali. He was arrested there in a heavy drug trafficking zone. Reports have stated that Puentes Padilla was deported from the United States to Mexico. I am not sure how this is possible to deport someone to a country that is not their home country. I also do not know how it is possible to deport a Cuban who already lives in the United States. If he committed a crime he should have stayed institutionalized, and this young girl would still have her life. If anyone has any info on how or why he was deported from the US please contact me.  (Feb 20, 2012 | post #1)
