How reputable are the real estate courses offered by real...

I believe that they're trustworthy. Besides, there have been examinations for their licensure. This would definitely help people, particularly home buyers to be able to relax a bit about its demands. This is actually what I did when I bought a condominium unit here in my area.  (Aug 27, 2012 | post #2)

RP is 'hottest real estate market in Southeast Asia'

I believe so. Condominium acquisition has been boosting. And there had been so many housing projects that are transpiring, especially in the metro. I wonder how Philippines is taking in all of this. I mean, there must be an economic gain on their part.  (Aug 27, 2012 | post #58)

Best and worst property developer you've ever encountered!

I don't know about any developments in the Philippines, but my friend does, since she's able to come to the Philippines for a conference. I can't believe that condominiums can be set for a leasing arrangement even in a short period of time. She only stayed in the country for about a month. She's been telling me how great the interior of the development is. It's from DMCI Homes if I'm not mistaken, correct me if I'm wrong.  (Aug 27, 2012 | post #3)

Philippines population hits 92M

Now, that's a lot. Good thing, the country, as I've heard from the news, is able to keep up with the social crisis brought by the recession. I've known that not only does their international trade business is high, but also their real estate industry.  (Aug 27, 2012 | post #300)

Good to hear that. I've been seeing advertisements over the net about this Torre de Manila. And it's catching a lot of buzz. Spill some information. I would glad to know more of the condo setting in your country.  (Aug 27, 2012 | post #23)

Then, that's good for everybody else. From what I've known, Asia has also been badly hit by the recession, including Indonesia and the Philippines. This global economic crisis had imposed new challenges to the Philippines as a developing country. I wonder how they are doing.  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #21)

Well- Known Real Estate Developer

Then, that is a good to hear. Trust only developers who can be trusted, and who has already built rapport and foundation to people's recognition. If DMCI Homes is the best one in your country, then, go for it. Wait, are you purchasing a unit? If so, how much will it cost you?  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #9)

Well- Known Real Estate Developer

Yes, I do agree with you. That's why studying is a must. Investing in real estate is difficult for sure, but there are ways to keep the process smoothly sailing. I believe that location is one of the biggest factors to determining whether a property is good.  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #7)

Well- Known Real Estate Developer

Well, it depends, but nobody says it's not good to buy from a well- known developer. In fact, it is probably one of a developer's edges to compete amidst the many developers there exist. What I could advise is to study about the developer and know whether it really has done good. What developers in your country that you can say are excellent in providing good homes?  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #6)

You're definitely right. Here in our country, condominiums have been sprouting like mushrooms. And the competition gets even more healthier. I wonder how is the real estate industry in your country is. Is it booming?  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #18)

Does this means that condominium developments don't provide privacy to its homeowners? I believe that you can be benefited with all the advantages a condominium can provide, such as access and proximity, that relaxed sanctuary, amenities, security and safety, and privacy as well.  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #17)

Considering an Investment: Condo or Residential House?

Oh really, I've been wanting to travel in Asia, and Philippines is surely among one of those countries I want to visit. A lot of people tell that your food is the best. And I can't wait to taste your Adobo. Anyway, If I will be visiting, it won't just be a a mini trip. I want it to be a long vacation. Since I've just retired from work, and wanting to give myself some time to unwind. Does DMCI Homes offers rental vacation homes? Because hotels nowadays are cramped?  (Aug 8, 2012 | post #16)
