Calhoun Released From Hospital

Glad you are out coach. Now you can get back to prepping for the next season. The 350 thousand dollars raised by the bike event will be put to good use, thanks.  (Jun 15, 2009 | post #24)

Calhoun Breaks 5 Ribs, Collapses At Charity Bike Event

They have a name for a jerk like you too. He completed the 50 mile ride, that's why he thought he could do it.  (Jun 14, 2009 | post #48)

Calhoun Breaks 5 Ribs, Collapses At Charity Bike Event

I wonder if any of you people on here would be able to ride a bike 38 miles with 5 broken ribs. I think not, and coach Calhoun did it for charity. Be well soon coach, can't wait to see you back on the sideline.  (Jun 14, 2009 | post #26)

This is a good choice for Scottie, I don't think that his playing time would increase. The coach was being honest with him and offered him some guidance, which is what he should do. I wish Scottie well no matter what his final decision is.  (May 30, 2009 | post #6)

Calhoun's Contract Up For Discussion

Half of the country didn't even know where Connecticut was until Coach Calhoun built the basketball program at Connecticut. I hope that he remains as head coach until he decides when it is time to go. I am proud of our basketball program and the work that Coach Calhoun and his staff do throughout the year.  (May 28, 2009 | post #37)

Calhoun Gives Team Update In Mystic Appearance

You can't ask questions when there are no answers to them. NCAA investigatios take forever and most of them lead nowhere. genos girls, I think you have a very interesting point, because Majok is not ready for the NBA but if there is something there he would leave.  (May 8, 2009 | post #5)

Calhoun Positive About Past, Future

I am looking forward to next year. It will be nice to see all of the new players coming in. I think they have a chance to be a better team next year than they were this year. If they are it will be quite an accomplishment.  (Apr 18, 2009 | post #22)
