WHOA, get your facts straight. That drunken Sgt was NOT hired on by Todd at all, as he was already in place in that job way before Todd was in the Sheriff's Office. I can also think of several guys (deputies) that do not uphold the core values of the deaprtment, so don't think that you all walk on water either. Once again, the sheriff has the authority to advertise how he sees fit in order to put the right person in this job. Or, should we go ahead and play the good old boy system again and get another drunk driving, (repeat offender) weapon misplacing, crash scene leaving, irresponsible, low life, embarrassment to the department? Blame, blame, blame. It's all about the blame game with these people. Somebody didn't watch their kids, somebody didn't have renter's insurance, and now it's the county and fire department's fault. I AM SICK OF PEOPLE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS OR INACTIONS! I have an idea. Let's look into the legal status of this person, hmmmm. I bet she's undocumented-oh wait, that's probably our fault too. I mean, we ALLOW people to sneak into our country and we don't catch them all and send them back, (or when we do, they come right back again) so it's our fault that the illegals are here in the first place, right?
