OK, well I don't know how that was related to the last sentence in my first post, where I said"you can't even send your kids to church safely nowadays without being exposed to perverts". Yes, lots of unanswered questions, I agree.....and yes, men will be men.....but, girls will be girls too, that is also human nature... Maybe, MAYBE she led him on....maybe he was rough with her.....rape?? Who knows.....will the truth ever be known?? Unless she recants and says it was all a lie, chances are he will go to prison, or at least branded as a sex offender....M. Hey Carol, if you read all the posts, you would see I did not tie him to a stake!!! I was asking where the Deming Center was and what it was...don't jump my butt for other posters remarks. I don't have the answers to your questions, but it sure sounds like you are defending him, and blaming the girl......irregardless, if a 39 year old man has access to a 13 year old girl, he should know to keep it in his pants! Not being a Bemis employee, or a member of any union, I would like to say that there is just no way temp workers can learn some of that equipment in 5 months! Jump in here current Bemis guys, do you guys melt resins at that plant?? And then blow the melt into the bubble which then goes into the towers to be flattened and then down to the winders? That is hot, hard work!! And, those machines can be very DANGEROUS!! You let some temp turn his head for a minute to look at something else, standing next to one of those winders, slip and lose his balance......no, not me...I would want an operator next to me with 3 or 4 years experience, who KNOWS EXACTLY how to shut that machine down! I don't care who replies back and tries to say temps can do it safer/better/faster than EXPERIENCED operators, the bottom line is plastics plants and the equipment in them, whether it be extrusion systems or winders or whatever, NEED experienced labor! Guess it really does pay to have a smart criminal lawyer! We got a perv over here been charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault AND Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse with victim under 13......both felony charges.....charges were originally filed November 19, last year.....trial was set for May, then moved to August, now moved again to October.....why do they keep moving it out? Are they hoping the victim and the family will just give up? Justice seems to move slowly if you have a smart lawyer..... (Jul 22, 2009 | post #1)

Thats the great thing about a public forum----everyone can put their 2 cents in!! Irregardless of whether it was bought under Smitley or Buddy Ferris, my question was WHY does he need an Expedition?? And thats not JUST an F150 the meter reader drives, unless its got one hell of a suspension under it!! I drive an F150 and side by side his is higher than mine.
