Serves ya right, getting a controlled substance thru the mail. How stupid are you. If you need something to calm your nerves there's a over the conter medicine you can take. It's called calms forte by hyland drugs. It a homeopathic medication and you don't need a prescription. It alot better than doing something stupid and illegal. Its also less than $10.00. If you would have ask a pharmacist like me you'ld still have your grandmothers ring. Wise up.  (Feb 21, 2013 | post #2)

best relief for back pain

My research has shown trigger point therapy is quite useful. Basically you are performing pinpoint deep tissue massage on muscle knots that are hypersensitive. The goal is to relieve the knot before it cause wider areas of pain. Alternating haot and cold packs seems to be more effective than either alone. The problem might be in the nerves themselves, ask your doctor about nerve conduction tests, to rule out nerve damage Back joy puts out a superior product that promotes pain releiving posture while alowing for mobility. Range of movement exercises work good for long term releif, tai chi, yoga, water aerobtics etc... some more info go to backpainremedies.c om  (Feb 21, 2013 | post #3)
