He's a celeb, this is obvious, but the idiots that follow TMZ.com like a religion will show sympathy for him. If it was one of us, we'd probably have 10 years if not more. I say that trend needs to be reversed. Celebrities should be held to a much higher standard. If a standard first offense DUI is 10 days in jail, I say they should have 1 month. If they evade taxes and standard punishment is 3 years, they should have 9. Celebs are supposed to be role models and thus should be held to a much higher standard than the rest of us. And they weren't Republican Backed. Gas has gone up because of the falling dollar and rough tensions in the Middle East (Not Iraq which is near stabalized). And because the treehuggers don't want us to drill our own Oil. If we drilled our own to full capacity, we wouldn't need the Saudis, Iranians, Venezuelians, etc. Food has gone up because of this ridiculous idea that Ethanol will be the next fuel for vehicles. So instead of producing foods such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, we take those crops to produce ethanol, rather stupid if you ask me, especially when there are far better alternatives out there. Illegal Immigration, At least McCain wants the Borders Secured and the Laws Enforced. Barack Obama, wants amnesty and wants them to have drivers licenses as well, thus adding to the illegal immigrant mess we already have here. The only solution is to crackdown like PWC has. The Iraq War, yes mistakes were made, no doubt, but withdraw now? When on verge of victory? Stupid. We do that then we'll be back there again in 2 years, regardless of who's in office. CEO Severance Pay, yes ridiculous, but this is capitalism, not communism, corporations can do what they want, and if we raise taxes on them, where do you think those added costs will go, to US the Consumer. Until legislation is passed cracking down on this practice without raising taxes, CEOs will continue to rape their workers. Torture, Illegal Prisons, I'd rather the terrorist scum be over there in Guantanamo Bay then here in the States with Rights. They despise us, no matter how much we appease to them, remember they want us exterminated, we need to straight up take them out, and if torture is a way of doing it, then waterboard away I say. The Democratic Party, well This Democratic Congress is Dismal, even compared to President Bush who has a 29% approval rating. This Democratic Congress has a 17% rating.
