Wild, wild WEST - Sentinel & Enterprise

Won't global warming also kill off the fish in the cold, clean streams? In regards to Worcester, all the trains at that layover yard are shut off at night, and hooked up to electric heaters after hours. Same thing is done at other yards. As people seeking housing goes Westward, the expansion of commuter rail will continue also. They used to run commuter rail all the way to Greenfield years ago, and there wasn't much opposition. Flanagan named to key Senate budget post - Sentinel & Ent...

Jen's repeated claim to fame is she was on former Mary Jane Simmons staff, and thus has the 'experience' to do the job. I recall meeting her at a public function a while ago and when I asked her a question in regards to a political issue, she glared at me and walked away. So much for an opinion from an elected official.... LM  (Jan 21, 2011 | post #16)

She's just being "rewarded " for obeying the head of the Senate and the rest of the "ruling class". Those who go against the "ruling class" don't get appointed to committee's and other perks.  (Jan 21, 2011 | post #8)

Surprised the Leominster PD doesn't encrypt/scramble their police radio transmissions. A lot of Cities and Towns are doing this to prevent criminals from listening in on radio calls. LM  (Jan 20, 2011 | post #44)
