Can anyone tell me about incontinence product?

Hello Friends, Incontinence is the inability to control either urine or fecal elimination. Essentially this means that to some degree you may lose urine or bowel movements at times that you do not choose to do so. There are four basic types of Urinary incontinence: 1. Stress Incontinence: an involuntary loss of small amounts of urine when you cough, laugh, lift or exercise. It can be caused by multiple vaginal births, enlarged prostate, pelvic trauma or loss of pelvic muscle tone. 2. Urge Incontinence: inability to control urinating once you feel the need to void. Simply, you may feel the need to urinate but cannot wait to get to the bathroom. It can be caused by Alzheimer's, Parkinsonism, enlarged prostate, spinal cord injuries or urinary tract infections. 3. Reflex Incontinence: This is frequent loss of urine with no warning. This is due to spinal cord injuries, brain tumors or strokes. 4. Overflow Incontinence: Leakage of urine when the bladder is full. For example the person experiences dribbling, frequency, urgency and bladder distention. It is most commonly caused by diseases that cause a blockage of the natural passage way of urine. 5. Bowel incontinence is the inability to contain or "hold" a bowel movement. It can be caused by being constipated often and for long periods, or on the opposite end of the spectrum by severe or long-term diarrhea. Thanks and Regards Lucy James  (Oct 13, 2012 | post #2)

Health Issues With Perfect Blood/X-ray results, looking f...

Hello Friends, I'm 17 years old and has had type 1 diabetes for 14 years now, and was extremely poorly controlled up until recently I've dropped my a1c from 14+ to 10 within 2 weeks. I also had a drastic lifestyle change as I was disappointed with my current. I went on a diet and started exersizing. As a result of both emotional and physical pain that comes with being a diabetic I have severe depression and anxiety. I was feeling great at first, but now I get god awful shooting pains in my left side. under my ribs, and around my hip bone and groin. The pain is so severe I actually completely black out. I am on blood pressure medicine, and my pressure is fine when im lying down or sitting but as soon as I stand up my heart races to 160 and my pressure shoots up. I haven't been able to eat and drink more than once or twice a day because of this extreme nausea and pain and anything i do eat, comes back up later. I went to the ER when I finally couldn't take the pain anymore and all my blood tests, X-rays and ultrasound of my abdomen came back perfect. they sent me home with 3 days worth of Percocet and told me to see a psychiatrist as they thought it was my depression of many years finally getting the best of me. however since I changed my life around, i do not feel NEARLY as depressed as i used to be. I'm not convinced that depression is the cause of the specific area of pain I'm having. Does anyone have any other ideas of what this could be? I'm 17 years old spending my life in bed because im beyond fatigued from everything happening. Thanks And Regards. Lucy James  (Oct 3, 2012 | post #1)

What are differences healthcare funding around the world?

Hello Friends, I am most interested in a good detailed resource for health care funding around the world (England, France, Germany, US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) I mostly need to know how Health care if funded. For example in Japan, private employers of over 700 employees, health care is funded through payroll taxes. What are differences health care funding around the world? Though I do not know if the tax is 100% paid by employees or the Employer pays something, too. Thanks In Advance Lucy James  (Sep 27, 2012 | post #1)
