NFC North draft analysis *****

I think our first two picks improved 2/3 spots we needed to fix. the LB was a steal imo, he looks like a beast that can fill in on special teams and behind henderson. And to all of the people that keep talking sh!t because percy failed the drug test. Ya big squat, so he's an idiot...doesnt take away his skills on the field. I'm sure 50% or more ppl at the combine smoked weed, but were smart enough to smoke it around combine time. I mean everyone is making such a big deal about it, get over it he smoked and got caught big deal! IMO I'm glad he did get caught smoking weed, without that he'd be on another team like the packers, lions or bears.  (Apr 27, 2009 | post #25)

*Possible relase of Levi Jones & Hank Fraley

From NFL.com, the Bengals might release Levi Jones. Seeing as how he is very injury prone, but he could fit in great to back up both LT and RT, in case of injury. Hell, just by getting him so no one else in our division get him. Also the Browns might release veteran center Hank Fraley, anyone is good competition for John Sullivan right now.  (Apr 27, 2009 | post #1)

Buffalo Bills pulled into Kevin, Pat Williams' StarCaps lawsuit...

I think the NFL should just relax on this subject. Fine em, but dont suspend them. The fact they are fighting this so much just shows how serious they are about their innocence. I highly doubt that if they were guilty they'd keep fighting. Both players are what the NFL should want the new rookies to be like. Team leaders and hard workers. They need to worry about bigger things like trying to find a way to help the Vikings build a new stadium.  (Apr 27, 2009 | post #2)

Cutler to Bears - also sign OL Pace

Well the Bears have up graded since last year. NFL.com's Steve Wyche reports that the Broncos will receive first-round draft picks this year and in 2010, a third-round pick (84th overall) this year and quarterback Kyle Orton in exchange for Cutler and a 2009 fifth-round selection. Just moments after agreeing to trade quarterback Kyle Orton and three draft picks to the Denver Broncos for Jay Cutler, the Bears announced that they had agreed to terms on a three-year contract with free-agent offensive tackle Orlando Pace. The Bears also agreed to terms with offensive tackle Kevin Shaffer last week. NFL.com - And the vikings sign...Karl Paymah...well Chilly has done it again. We could have at least picked up a tackle. I dont want to hear the excuses for Pace being injury prone and past his prime, he is 10x's better than Cook and Hicks...he's on par with McKinnie. Jeeze, the division will be tough to win this year with our crop of sh!t QB's. GB has a stacked QB depth chart (even though they're young, they will have plenty of time to develop), Chicago has Cutler, Detroit will have Stafford and we have...TJack and Sage...enough said.  (Apr 2, 2009 | post #1)

Vikings need another Williams...

Unless we could sign Williams cheap, I mean CHEAP, I wouldn't bother with him. His pass coverage is non existent and we're trying to establish pass coverage lol. Not to be sour, but I don't want non of the Cowgirls rejects.  (Mar 5, 2009 | post #5)

Why Terrell Owens Will Be a Minnesota Viking

The funniest part of the article is "T.O. mentoring Sidney Rice." Really...? What coach in their right mind would want T.O. to mentor a young up and coming receiver? Rice seems like a good example of a young NFL player, stays out of trouble and doesn't throw tantrums. Keep T.O. away from the Vikes!  (Mar 5, 2009 | post #15)

Postion upgrades via draft

The idea of locking up alot of players with the extra money is a great idea, send a fax to Chilly...if he knows how to use a fax machine lol.  (Mar 5, 2009 | post #10)
