Buy Bulk REO Portfolios and Defaulted Notes - Deal Direct...

Hello everyone, Just wanted to post a "Beware" message. As of today's date, there are 2 Las Vegas tapes flying around the net right now that I've verified are bogus. One is at $41m, the other,$137m. As I know the owner named on the tapes,(Large institution) then spot checked the product against the MLS and title company then asked about the legitimacy of these tapes, the owner verified them as fraudulent. This entity is pursuing the originators of these and any other tapes located attaching this instituions name to. There are no such thing as (legitimate)*tapes * floating around the internet. Legitimate sellers will only release these limited and valuable assets to proofed up buyers through predetermined channels. Contrary to popular internet lore, there are no massive amounts of product being released as shareholders would go ballistic seeing a "product dump". Sorry if I burst anyone's bubble. Just an FYI.  (Sep 12, 2008 | post #912)
