Caught Up in a Calorie Battle

Hello everyone. There are a lot of people who are talking about how they're trying to cut down on calories and they're not sure how many calories are good or how many calories are bad or what someone told them about how many calories they should be taking in, etc. the list goes on and on. i would like to tell everyone, not just the select few that i personally replied to, that i have an opinion about that based on my experience. This is not going to require any "corporate "expertise or anything like that. When you step on the scale it's telling you about your much you WEIGH...not how many calories you are. maybe calories are important if you're a heavily active person but if you're just trying to lose weight then you have to look at things for what they truly are. if you drink 5 lbs of water you're going to gain 5 lbs, even though water has no calories in it. the scale is measuring WEIGHT, not calories. the important thing to remember when deciding if something is good to eat or not while dieting is how heavy is the food you're about to eat? don't look at the calories. just think for yourself. if you're eating something that's very dense or full of starch and things like that it's going to take much longer for your body to break it down. by the time it's broken down you would have already consumed your next meal. see how quickly and easily things can back up on you? that's all it is. please don't fall into these corporate games where they'll tell you to eat 3 times a day just to support the economy. don't let them tell you to lose 1-3 pounds a week just so they can make money on the comebacks. there's no money in it for them if they drop your weight for you the way that your body is capable of dropping it. Trust me. those companies that make money off of feeding peoples' addictions don't want you to lose the weight. the higher ups that sell you your medicine don't want you to get better. trust yourself and think naturally. losing weight is very easy. sometimes it's just a little difficult to de-program the way so many honest, beautiful people have been programmed for so long. i can lose 2 pounds in my sleep...literally. i laugh at these corporations but i honestly feel for all the good people who are unfortunately suckered into their little money games that don't include you. BE your own president! YOU are your boss! YOU are #1! Please KNOW that! Have a glorious, logical day!  (Mar 7, 2013 | post #1)

False Hunger

Hello. Sorry I haven’t check in for a little while. Been a little busy trying to put my book out and getting ready for my trip to japan at the end of this month. There are times when some people eat a big dinner, for example, and then 2 or 3 hours later they’re hungry again. If this sort of thing happens to you try to be aware of what’s going on. Some “hunger pains” are not hunger at all. It could be air moving in your stomach or just simple digestion. It takes a couple of days for food to get out of you so if you start getting hungry soon after you eat think to yourself, “am I really hungry? Does this make sense”? Trust me…your body will let you know when it’s REALLY time to eat. Please be strong and don’t give in to false hunger. Have a glorious, logical day!  (Mar 7, 2013 | post #1)

Mind...Your Business

In my opinion...when people use the phrase "mind your business", of course it's used in a negative context. I've become very proficient at turning a negative into a positive so I've decided to call this blog "Mind...Your Business". That's EXACTLY what it is...YOUR business. Your mind makes up everything about you. It's WHAT you are, regardless of "who" you are or what your occupation is. To understand more about yourself and what you truly are you have to get into the root of it all...MIND. Your mind is the catalyst for everything in your world. Trust me, I speak from personal experience. If you want to lose weight you MUST understand that it's a mental process. Your body is listening to every thought and every word you say. NEVER tell yourself you're fat. NEVER tell yourself you're sick. NEVER think that life is no good. Society has problems, life is beautiful. Please don't confuse the two. Don't waste time thinking about what others are doing or saying or how much weight THEY are losing, etc. It's irrelevant! Your weight loss is only about YOU! Try to stay out of the clock as much as possible. Your body doesn't understand what the clock says. It's only feeding off of what YOU are giving it through your thoughts and feelings. Take control of yourself. Don't get lost in what companies and corporations are telling you. A diet only takes as long as you need it too. It can be eeked through or run through at lightning speed. I was able to lose 70 lbs in less than 5 months with no exercise at all just by using logic and common sense. Please feel free to ask me anything. Love to you all. BE the divine being that you are. Use everything that you're designed with. It's there to be used. Have a glorious, logical day! -Logical Remedies  (Feb 13, 2013 | post #1)

The World Revolves Around You

Hello all! I've been reading a lot of peoples posts over the past few days and I've noticed a pattern...There are people who think very negatively about their diet and about themselves. People have trouble with their diets and think that they are no good or embarrassed with themselves. Others talk about how OTHER people are doing or how other people are bringing them down because they're overweight. If other people have a problem with you or make fun of you that means they don't approve of what God has created. They're basically telling you that God made a mistake. That doesn't make them seem too bright. Occasionally when you're having a debate or an argument with someone or a group of people, someone might say to you, "oh, you think the world revolves around you"?! If someone asks me that question my answer is always, "YES IT DOES!" Some may find this to be conceited, but let me explain... Here's a little gem for you to try at some point in your day. It only takes a few seconds. Go outside in an open area. Stand up tall with your head up like you own the place. Now, take a look around you. Look everywhere, 360 degrees around you. What do you see? The answer is EVERYTHING! Everything in your world revolves around YOU, just as everything in my world revolves around ME. So the answer is yes, the world DOES revolve around you. Never bring yourself down. Just being able to open your eyes in the morning and turn you head to the side to look at the clock is already a miracle in creation. You are much more powerful than you've been taught. Love it and OWN it! -Logical Remedies  (Feb 13, 2013 | post #1)
