Bogus Survey by AFA on the "Gay Agenda"

I only post this because it would be funny if they got an answer different than the one they expected. :) /petitions/busines ses/businesses.asp  (Apr 25, 2007 | post #1)

Sunnyvale, CA

What's that strange noise?

Perhaps you're hearing the occasional fighter jet taking off. BTW, did you hear/see/feel the C5 that landed yesterday?  (Apr 25, 2007 | post #2)

Two armed men rob Sunnyvale car wash

The "Car Spa" is part of the Chevron gas station. I doubt the car wash was open. This is a great place to get your car washed BTW. Fast, cheap ($15), and 100% hand washed.  (Apr 18, 2007 | post #2)

Fiesta del Mar in danger of closing?

I hear that Fiesta del Mar on Dana St, was in danger of closing. Something about having thier rent increased, making it impossible to stay in business. If only they could pay in mole sauce, it is worth it's weight in gold!  (Jan 2, 2007 | post #1)

11 U.S. Troops Killed in Iraq

I'm glad everyone can now agree that Iraq is an disaster. Maybe soon there will be some rational discussion on how to extract ourselves from this colossal mistake of a war.  (Dec 7, 2006 | post #22)

Make sure you get ear protection for the child, and yourself. It might be easier to get them to wear earmuffs instead of the kind you insert in the ear canal. If you are close to the track, consider both!  (Mar 13, 2006 | post #2)

Sunnyvale, CA

More Metro-Fi Towers in Sunnyvale

Reception of the Metro-Fi signals is extremely variable depending on where you live. I've tested the service here in Sunnyvale at a couple locations. In some locations, like at my house, the signal is strong and it works great (slower than my DSL though). At a neightbors house, just up the street the signal is all but non-existant, and no connection can be make. Probably due to the two story house between them and the nearest tower. So definitely test it out before you turn off your regular DSL.  (Feb 13, 2006 | post #5)
