*A little assistance here, pls*

I am in a very rough situation here! Any guidance would be much appreciated! The home where i am living is in such need of repairs which i cannot afford. My Mother whom is like the caretaker for this home and whom i pay my rent too cannot afford to do these repairs either. She as i are on very fixed incomes. I will have no other place to go from here at this time so here i must stay. I am Disabilied and have done what i could here on my own, but my roof is in need of much repair and also my windows need to be replaced as well. And now i have two breaks in my Sewer line.
