Opie....Andy... Barney... Aunt B

ohhhh!! I had forgotten about that one!!!! What was the one when he wanted Romina just to love him, and he was busting every window in town? Remember when Miss Crump was his mother figure.? After she smacked him with the ruler in the classroom. All I can remember is him acting up in class, and saying some kind of thing about " Fire too hot, jumped in the pot." I have alot of these on VHS , but can't remember what goes on in alot of them.  (Apr 14, 2008 | post #22)

Also, the one when Aunt Bee makes the home-made pickles, and the boys have to eat them all. They were awful, so Andy and Barney replaced them with " store bought pickles." Too funny. Remember when she served the pickles at every meal. The faces they made, and the music that went along with it was the best.  (Apr 14, 2008 | post #20)

I like the one with Count S. VonDelecki. When Barney has the tarot cards, with the wooden box, and throughs the stuff into the fire, and the cards say you have "x" amount of wishes. Then the wishes come true. Too funny. Also anything with Ernest T. Bass.  (Apr 14, 2008 | post #18)

Northern Indiana woman dies when car hits her horse-drawn...

I live in an amish community as well, and the buggy is black, and the horse as well. When it is dark out it is hard to see them, even with the running lights. Maybe they should have more reflective tape on the buggies, and the horse harness as well. I think that poor girl just didn't see it, and to think that she was stoned or drunk, or an idiot isn't the case. You probably don't see too many of them in Indy.It was an unfortunate accident.  (Apr 7, 2008 | post #16)

Sturgis Toy Run scheduled for Sept. 6-8

The Toy Run normally has meetings at the Sturgis American Legion on the first Sat. of the month. When it starts getting nice out, then they meet at the site. I would check at the legion for the next meeting time, and then attend to see what you do for a shirt. (or volunteer to help these great people) The Toy Run is awesome, and I think any help would be welcome.  (Apr 7, 2008 | post #3)
