why do black women scared/ hate indian men???
Kasamii, You picked the wrong place to ask this question. You should have done so on an IR site. I personally know quite a few Indian male Black female marriages. There are also some blogs written by BW married to Indian men. http://blackspicec urry.blogspot.com/ http://www.blogcat alog.com/blog/blin dian-love-a-journe y-in-black-and-ind ian-love Her reaction to you was a bit extreme. She sounds a tad immature. But I will say there is a lack of information for most people or misinformation concerning Indian cultures/tribes/re ligion. Also the common perception is that Indian cultures are "closed" so you might encounter some hesitance on the part of women you approach, but it is not impossible. I wouldn't take it personally or give up. Check out those blogs and contact them as I am sure they have experience and they seem like educated and sensitive couples. (Oct 9, 2009 | post #34)
Curious About N.O. as a Tourist
I was going on the 4th of March, but now I am not so sure. My mom told me about the shooting at Mardis Gras yesterday - she was quite concerned. The whole trip was planned to be a day trip. Fly in early that morning and then leave late that night. (Feb 26, 2009 | post #40)

Do you think that people act up more because it is a major festival. Do you think that it may be calmer when there is no major event going on? (Feb 25, 2009 | post #29)

I def will heed your advice. I don't want anything too heavy though - not a full meal. Maybe just a sandwich - something to tide me over. (Feb 23, 2009 | post #21)
