And that's disgusting. There is absolutely nothing sexual about a prepubescent boy. That's creepy. Even though she was laughing along, the whole thing seemed so awkward. The fact that he just kept going was creepy. And he did it to another reporter?? Even if it was no harm done, the fact that one of the guys off camera had to come over and tap him out should've made the message clear that if anything his dry humping the interviewer was in very poor taste. But you're right; if she was so freaked out she should've done something, said something,to make him stop. You're an idiot. I don't think 72 year old women should be tasered either, but that's not an excuse to be beligerent and non-compliant. He's there to do a job. She f's up, she should've taken the ticket. She had to be a hardass and not listen to him warn her FIVE TIMES that he would do it, and then SHE DARES HIM. You guys fail to remember that a police officer is most likely to die in the line of duty while making a traffic stop, so that's the one time you don't test them. You know what???? Disregard my last comment.... I didn't read the follow up that this kid did have mental retardation.... Now I feel bad about saying he did... :) Ok, I update my comment with: His parents should be charged. You can't let a retarded kid outside at night at that age with a real looking toy gun. I remember when I was a kid (a pretty good while ago) they stopped manufacturing real looking toy guns and started putting orange or red tips on the barrels to differentiate the toy guns from real ones. I remember my brother being pissed about having an orange tipped toy gun. I also remember you could easily pull that tip off and you had an instant real looking gun. However, our mom strictly told us not to. So if this kid had a toy gun, he must've altered it to make it look real. On top of that, I'm gonna agree with the earlier commenters that at 15, unless this kid had some mental retardation, he wouldn't be playing 'cops and robbers.' A 15 year old kid riding a bike around at night with a real looking fake gun is out doing mischief. He's harrassing the neighbors. His loophole when he gets caught will be the gun wasn't real. So when he robs someone with a fake gun, he won't get prosecuted as if he had a real one. This kid wasn't stupid. Any 15 year kid riding around at night who's stopped by the cops and who has any sense would've dropped the fake gun or at least let them know they had a fake gun on him. I don't blame the cops in this instance. I wouldn't have hesitated to shoot myself if he pointed this gun at me.  (May 12, 2009 | post #44)
