Property tax bills will decrease for most homeowners

You can thank all the morons that voted for the property tax reduction. When it comes to government there is no reduction, they never lose. The crunch is on and if we as Americans do not learn to conserve this will lead to bigger and harder to learn lessons. All throughout history the most powerful and wealthy of all fell and crumbled....  (Wednesday | post #8)

Officials worried Hurricane Dolly can break Rio Grande levees

It's a hurricane and everyone that lives in a hurricane zone should be prepared for the worse. But of course that would be impossible when right at this point and time the cone of error is so large. You would think that with the technology that we have today prediction of a major event should be a piece of cake. But no one fools mother nature and it's intent..Just prepare and hope for the best...If the levee's break make sure you have your life safer and a canoe.  (Wednesday | post #97)

Analysts believe InBev will sell Busch theme parks

That is a great plan, but most if not all Americans cannot even conserve gas. Do you think they care where their beer is coming from. All they care about is when is the next game, what bar can I watch it in. Where is my joint and we are all happy.  (Wednesday Jul 16 | post #167)

Homeowner associations face possible state regulation

Everyone complaints about homeowners association, but they move in their territory. So if you are tired of them move out to an area that does not have any association fees. Condos play with different rules most of these buildings have other fees included. Like insurance, cable, central air conditioning besides the regular maintenance.  (Wednesday Jul 16 | post #11)
