For headaches worried BP too low

Personally, I just keep track of my blood pressure. As long as it stays the same or semi consistent you are ok. I keep a low but stable BP, but if it gets lower or I forget to take the meds I have to be careful.  (Jul 19, 2009 | post #2)

Wow! I always learn something new. Life is interesting, amazing and painful at times. Once a person is on Inderal it is important for them to continue it. I think, if I had a hard time finding it to buy I wouldn't start taking it. But that is just me.  (Jul 19, 2009 | post #6)

Medications for migraine prophylaxis.

I know from exprerience that patience should be watched very closely when taking any other medication with propranolol/inderal. This medication will lower your blood pressure in most cases and is likely to create some side effect with which ever medication taken with it. So yes I would say there is insufficient evidence to say this med. will help with headaches. I have tried many different meds for my migraine to no avail.  (Sep 12, 2007 | post #1)
