you are absolutely correct! these coupon books are bought in "good faith", NOT because someone is a cheapskate. This business should NOT be punishing the customer. if anything the restaurant should be graciously accepting them to try to keep these customers coming back! for the lousey 10 bucks they are losing much, much more...a returning customer who would patronize over and over again...coupon or not! maybe they will come to their senses and realize they are making a big mistake. i know of 4 people ive talked to already that i know have this coupon book...and they said they wont be going to this place because of there poor customer relations with this incident. already they have lost way more that 10 bucks! you must be going to the wrong place because this place does not have a crowd. only barflies and golfers sitting in there. the customers wait and wait for service...their food is nothing to brag about...it equals what the eastend steak house used to provide (and as you can see they are out-of-business). off the beaten path...no one will go up the hill around to the gravel parking lot over looking the nasty green slimed pool and walk thru a trashy room to get into the restaurant in the back of the building. i dont care how many times this place changes its name....the location is crap and so is the food and service. ha,ha and ha :) smile (Jun 1, 2012 | post #269)
