OBAMA AND GUN CONTROL

The Constitution has been under attack for decades. This administration has really ratcheted up the attacks. Its sad that someone takes an oath to protect what they have vowed in secret to destroy. Our rights are under attack. We need to stand up and prepare to defend them. That's what our founders were talking about when they wrote the second amendment. I'm thinking the government will be amazed at how many there are out there that will defend the Constitution with their lives if need be. Like they themselves vowed to do.  (6 hrs ago | post #5)

Should the Gwinnett Board raise taxes ?

The numbers here are what I expected. I wish more people would speak up. These guys are going to pass the tax hike unless they hear way more than they are from the people. The BOC helped start the Engage Gwinnett thing. I think it was a way to take the loudest and control them.  (10 hrs ago | post #2)

Police do another fatal carjacking

Every case is different. The Jonathon Ayers case has some hair on it. Having said that. It is protocol when a suspect ,which is what Mr Ayers was, hits or attempts to hit an officer with a car that denotes the use of a deadly weapon against an officer of the law. Same as taking a shot at one. This is standard in every state in the US. Jonathon Ayers had some guilt here too. He was apparently with a known drug dealer. When the officers gave him a command he did not comply. It was a tragedy but the officers did what they were suppose to do. Now that its a political football the officers will have to pay for that. I've read about Mr Ayers. He was probably doing what he felt he was called to do at the time. When an officer yells "police ,freeze". Thats what you do or you take the risk of being killed. Mr Ayers death was terrible to read about. Those officers did not want his car ,did not want to use deadly force ,did not want to have his death on their conscience . That's easy to see. AF just wants to rant about cops.  (17 hrs ago | post #12)

Which follows the constitution?

Owl The senate would be the most vulnerable. If we elected 10 I's they would control the entire senate. That must be the first goal.  (Thursday | post #14)

Light I can't agree more. Of course Bush brought huge damage on the Constitution too. Obama is kicking it all he can. Bottom line is as long as we keep electing evil they will do evil. If you mix red water with black water. You still have water. We need to elect independent politicians. The real Independents are running with an R or D by their name just to get elected ,Rand Paul comes to mind. We need to pay attention. 46% of Americans now say they are Independents. its a good this. Up from 13% by the way.  (Thursday | post #12)

TELCO SOLUTIONS NORCROSS GA TRAVIS TAYLOR RIPOFF REPORT

I knew this would happen sooner or later. ================== ================== == Telco Solutions in Norcross - Travis Taylor - Slade Jones REFUSES TO PAY THEIR CONTRACTS Norcross, Georgia Darwinsdog atlanta, Georgia United States of America In Early September 2009 I was approached by a representative from Telco Solutions to sell or broker products for Telco Solutions. The rep is Slade Jones. His boss Travis Taylor who owns the company arranged everything. He just said to bring in the clients telecom bills and he would crunch the numbers for me. They also had me selling Clear Internet for them. I signed my customers up on Telco Solutions website and the money came in to Telco. I was told it took a while to get paid but I kept selling. Well one payday came and went with little of nothing. The Clear Demo I was given to use to sell off of quit working. I called Clear. They said it was for lack of payment. Mr Jones assured me on that Thursday it was an oversight and he's get it handled asap. I called hem every day for several days and he ducked my calls. So I started working with another guy at Telco. Mr Travis told me to and I continued selling. I emailed Erin t,the next guy Mr Travis had me working with all of my contracts and was assured I'd be paid when the money came in. I called Mr Travis 3 days before the money came to him only to be told he had no contract with me and didn't have to pay me. I hate getting scammed by people like this. I earned every dime of what was owed to me and then some. I now have to sue Mr Travis and Telco to get paid. That's a shame. Even though I was hired by them ,at their office ,signed clients up on Telco's site ,worked at Telco's headquarters. All that matters to Travis Taylor is he may be able to cheat someone out of a little money. I guess I'll see them in court. They say the represent 26 other companies. My attorney said because this theft was done under their banner too (all on Telco's site) that I can subpena every one of those companies. Its going to be shame to make all those people appear in court and prove that the broker that has been representing them is actually just a scam. http://www.ripoffr eport.com/brokerag e-companies-on-lin e/telco-solutions- in-n/telco-solutio ns-in-norcross-tr- 3e473.htm  (Thursday | post #1)

Those are not knowns. They are ideas made up in your head. No cop ever goes out to murder someone. They are trained not to. You have to give either a known drug dealer and repeat offender the benefit of the doubt or a guy thats trained ,took an oath ,has the accountability of other officers ,and have good reputations. If all your going to do is bash cops your posts mean nothing. I find them pathetic and repetitive myself. I'll bet when someone smacks you around you can't wait to see an officer to help save your sorry butt. If you can add real unbias ideas that would be great. Go tell a cop in person how you feel. man up skirtboy.  (Thursday | post #8)

Doraville police bust rolling meth lab on I-285

Max Your right. When making a traffic stop officers have to be far more alert than ever. Its a lot tougher job than we give them credit for. I know there's a few bad ones but by and large they are a good group whose danger level grows bigger each day.  (Thursday | post #6)

Owl Great idea in thought. Never happen in fact. Most are just told what to think and are told they had that thought originally. To them ,everythings great. They believe that printing money fixes the economy and our leaders would never lie. its a nice bubble to live in I guess. Its tough living wide awake sometimes.  (Thursday | post #10)

I wasn't there. But here are the KNOWNS as I see it. The man was a known drug dealer ,served time at least once. A car is a weapon even if the reporter fails to say it, and there is a nano second to make a decision in a bust like this. The UNKNOWNS before it went down are. Most drug dealers carry guns, thats just a fact ,most drug dealers have more people around ,and most 2-3 time losers are more likely to do the unthinkable to get away. If he had complied he'd be in jail waiting to see a judge. Not on a metal slab with someone seeking the obvious about them. My 2 cents.  (Thursday | post #2)

Don't start regretting yet. I'm a business consultant now. Any degree and a little moxy will secure your future. When you are out of school get a job in sales for 6 months. Consider it part of your learning process. The government and banks have brought this economy to iys knees and they are still making the same mistakes. Until we follow The Constitution on national economic issues we will never pull out of this.  (Thursday | post #18)
