Except that I wasn't cherry picking, instead speaking to the heart of the global warming argument. You claim the earth has been warming....except that you leave out that the earth has stopped warming, when according to all your models it should still be. The earth hasn't warmed for almost a decade now. That alone should put a nail in the coffin of your man-made global warming theory. Plus it's been revealed that even the data that does suggest man-made global warming is a problem was based upon manipulated data, making it invalid. If man-made global warming was such a "fact" why is it that scientists trying to prove it had to fudge data to show it, and hide data that contradicted it? You can ignore reality as much as you want, but it's the reality the rest of us live in. So when you get lonely over there, you're welcome to return.  (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #86)

Minnesota Wild defenseman Brent Burns diagnosed with concussion

Sorry, that last paragraph should have read : A helmet helps but it's not perfect. I've gotten a concussion playing with my helmet ON. It didn't prevent my concussion but it probably did save my life. And I'm just an amateur player playing the occasional game. With as frequently as these guys play and get hit, concussions will happen even with the best equipment. LOL, maybe that concussion had more effect than I thought!  (Tuesday Nov 24 | post #11)

You say the chin strap is the problem? Okay how often do those helmets actually come off?? I have season tickets and by my count it's almost never. I can think of maybe one time. Did any of the concussed Wild players get their concussion when their helmet was off?? No. So sounds like the chin strap isn't the problem. A helmet helps but it's not perfect.
