Earl Bennett could prove to be quite a catch

Dewayne Wise as a WR? Are you serious? You must be a Cubs fan? Go back to playing with your Barbie Dolls, and leave sports watching to real men!!!!  (Aug 4, 2009 | post #34)

Earl Bennett could prove to be quite a catch

That's great the Bears have a supposed plethora of youg WR's, but what's wrong with having a legit #1WR? I don't mean a KR/PR as the #1 WR either. If this Bears team is a supposed Super Bowl contender (or Super Bowl Pretender I beleive), then why not have a legit #1 WR? Is that to much for a fan to demand?  (Aug 4, 2009 | post #33)

SEE ANOTHER THING TO BLAME ON BERTA FAVRA  (Aug 1, 2009 | post #6)

Whatever the situation in Chicago, Brett Favre is to blame

BOB VERDI: You're right on about Favra being blamed for everything. I like your points in your column, but I implore you to do one thing. Stop writing about this never-was QB. Favra has made a legacy for himself that he'll have to live with for the rest of his life. What kind of legacy is that to have to live with?????  (Aug 1, 2009 | post #1)

Chicago White Sox manager upset with Bartolo Colon

Colon needs to go. Why do the Sox flip-flop on Richard staying in the rotation, and keep Colon? Richard may be younger(with less experience), however, in the long run will be better. Colon hasn't ever delivered for the Sox, and won't ever do that. Get rid of this has been, and either insert Freddy and or Richard in the rotation since KW won't pursue a big name pitcher for the Sox. The Sox appear to have the goods to win their weak weak division, but they need to move now.  (Jul 30, 2009 | post #13)

Ozzie Guillen leaning toward keeping Clayton Richard in Chicago...

I like the idea of having Richard in the rotation ahead of Colon. Colon is still a streaky pitcher. I don't like him being with the Sox because he never brings his "A" game to the Sox like he does with other teams he's pitched for. If Freddy can pitch in the big leagues again, I'd rather see him in the rotation than Colon.  (Jul 28, 2009 | post #1)

Chicago White Sox lose 4-3 to Minnesota Twins

The Sox still can't win at the Metrodome, and now teammates are fighting with eachother. As usual, AJ is right in the middle of it. Good or bad, he's a great player and has proven his worth to the Sox over and over. However, when will his positives be canceled out by his negatives? Teammates should help eachother, not want to fight eachother.  (Jul 28, 2009 | post #70)

Don't bet on Pete Rose ever entering Hall of Fame

Selig should allow Rose to be inducted into the HOF, but he won't do that because that would be doing the right thing. This will only happen if the puppet's puppet master Reinsdufus will tell him to do it. Why should the 2 idiots that nearly destroyed MLB in 1994 allow Rose to go into the HOF? These idiots are hellbent on destroying MLB not helping it. Long Live Rose getting into the HOF.  (Jul 28, 2009 | post #33)

Hard to believe, but Chicago Bears could make Super Bowl

MAYBE THIS TEAM DESERVES SOME HYPE, BUT DON'T EVER PUT IT IN COMPANY WITH THE 85 SUPERBOWL TEAM. THIS TEAM IS IN NO WAY NEAR THAT TEAM, NOR WILL IT EVER BE. THAT'S LIKE SAYING THE LAST SUPERBOWL TEAMS WAS SIMILAR TO THE 85 TEAM. HOGWASH!?!?!?!?  (Jul 25, 2009 | post #57)

Michael Vick deservedly did his time; now he deserves second ch...

Rick: You are right Vick does deserve another chance in life, but what about the NFL? Does he fit into the new offense that teams are implementing? Can he be a QB in this type of offense, considering he wasn't the best QB before his ordeal? If he comes back, he'll never be a starting QB, and if he's reinstated, he still has to get an NFL team to sign him.  (Jul 22, 2009 | post #122)
