unbelievable ... she breaks the law ... no bond mentioned just that she was leased in an hour ... anyone else would of taken double or triple that to be booked ... and she is still getting paid to do a job in law enforcement that she isn't doing ... something is seriously wrong with that ... wonder how many months they will pay her to not do her job ... it's absolutely amazing how differently she is being treated ... this is not the least bit surprising ... pathetic on their part but not surprising ... he had a gun ... fired it in public ... refused to listen to officers ... what did they expect to happen ... tired of the community claiming situations like this are racial ... the police would of shot anyone in this situation regardless of race ... when you break the law and don't listen to police they will make you comply ... if you point a weapon at them they have every right to shoot ... even more so then the average citizen ... it's called self preservation ... How do you accidentally get into a vehicle, put the key in the ignition, start said vehicle, and proceed to drive around? I have to agree with duh ... there are many people out of work ... unemployement is raising higher and higher ... and there are plenty of people who go through bitter divorces and break-ups ... they don't all go out and kill 3 people and then shoot at police and physically assault them ... this guy had a death wish ... and he got his wish ... that is what happens when you shoot a gun in public ... the police eventually show up ... what difference does it make whether he was shooting the gun at someone or in the air ... what goes up must come back down ... it is the law of gravity ... odds are someone is going to get hurt when you fire a weapon ... luckily the only party injured was the teen that was firing the gun and not innocent bystanders ... when will people learn (Jun 8, 2008 | post #7)

who is the so called Judge on this case ... house arrest for leaving illegal drugs in the reach of a less than 2 year old that killed him and she gets house arrest ... the Judge should be taken off the bench and this sleeze bag put in jail with no bond ... with penalties like this it is no wonder that people continue to break the law (Jun 6, 2008 | post #2)

She shouldn't be allowed to profit from the misery she inflicted on another human being ...
