Oh ok. Wasn't sure since they said he was from Newport. (Apr 4, 2011 | post #8)
I don't know either of them. Mr. Bill sounds very familiar though! The Newport food lion? (Apr 3, 2011 | post #6)
*guard rail. Sorry about the double post! (Apr 3, 2011 | post #4)
I agree that any alcohol is too much. And with the speed of 35 mph, it does seem unlikely that someone rear ending you from a safe distance and speed would push you through/over a guardian... Could have been avoided and the gentleman would still be alive. Were there no witnesses? (Apr 3, 2011 | post #3)
I know I am late, MMS, but I agree! (Apr 3, 2011 | post #14)
Never miss it. Plates were delicious this year, as always. (Apr 3, 2011 | post #1)
Hahaha, Billy. Some woman will be lucky to marry you. And later divorce you. :) (Apr 3, 2011 | post #20)
I wanted to start a thread on this because it seems a lot of people wanna talk about it and there are a lot of different 'facts' flying around. Here is one link to the story: http://www.witn.co m/mobi?storyid=119 144764 WCTI and carteret news times have stories as well. The driver of the car, the survivor, was believed to have had alcohol in his system but not 'an illegal level'. Thoughts? (Apr 3, 2011 | post #1)
How 'bout y'all get off of a message board and into the world and make a difference instead of sitting here bitching about it? Nothing's getting solved here. Be the change you want to see in the world, right? (Jun 3, 2009 | post #9)
Hahahahahahahahaha haha. This makes the news? Lovely. (May 7, 2009 | post #1)
This whole swine flu thing is ridiculous. I can see where the school boards are coming from, because they have to cover their asses. However, it's not a killer-- Last I checked, just about 1,000 cases WORLDWIDE. Last I checked, there have been 44 deaths from the SFlu. 42 of those were in Mexico. (May 7, 2009 | post #4)
And a funny joke too. (Apr 29, 2009 | post #15)
In my defense, he was my 3rd cousin, and we'd never met 'til that night at the honky-tonk anyway. Funnily enough, the thing that attracted me to him was his huge vocabulary. He knew what shoes meant and everything. I'll return to this later, I gotta go jump in my pick-up truck and pick mama up at the jail. ...Way to generalize an entire state, fella. (Apr 27, 2009 | post #13)
Haha, well clearly she's a talented singer. Although most people over-react like that when they have a guilty conscience. Perhaps all this time Beyonce has really been covering a man-voice. Le gasp. Haha, yeahhh, ridiculous. (Apr 23, 2009 | post #4)
Whaaaat, no more Boaters World? :( (Apr 23, 2009 | post #2)
