Woods says he lets family down

Exactly my sentiments. My uncle has long since given up getting me out on the links. My response to each invitation: "When I completely lose any and all athletic ability and my interest in sports that make me sweat, I'll take up golf." This comes from someone who routinely hit 90mph fastballs and believes that when a little white ball is whacked a country mile, someone ELSE should fetch it. Golfers considered athletes... puh-leeze....  (Dec 13, 2009 | post #55)

Unbeaten UTEP basketball team ready for rematch with NMSU...

THAT was an absolute travesty. Culpepper had been fighting cramps (as he sometimes does from moving at light speed and jumping out of the gym all night), but Barbee reacted irrationally to Culpepper's fall in front of the bench.... The game? Well, someone mentioned that Barbee's coaching is questionable -- I'm completely in agreement. After watching his carousel of replacements (including that new guy Caracter) I tend to believe he's too quick to pull the trigger and yank the hot players off the floor too soon. His team was enjoying leads of over 10 points at a time and each time, there was a substitution or a stoppage of play that allowed the Faggies to re-group. Why would you pull your top guns out of the game after quick scoring and lead gains (Britton, for example)? Caracter is not yet comfortable, but he was inserted early and often -- long enough to foul more than score and showed that he's not yet ready to play at the pace of the rest of the players. That sheet-eating grin he kept wearing after each foul call was proof that he's a loafer. I was NOT impressed with him. (Can anyone say Kareem Cooper?). Moultrie is still a beast-in-the-making and I believe that Polk and Williams kept the Miners in the game, though Barbee seemed intent on blaming Polk in the post-game show. This was clearly a game of **** -poor coaching. When the team is hot DON'T SUBSTITUTE!!!! Let them go on a 20 or 30 point tear and THEN put in your second team! The team is deep and has the best bench in C-USA, but you don't need player-by-committee starting lineups! Get with it Barbee! This one sits squarely on your shoulders. Congrats to the Aggies for playing way over their heads against a superior team that didn't fire on all cylinders.  (Dec 13, 2009 | post #21)

P.S. Beck wouldn't waste his time with this. He has bigger fools to fry, namely those in the White House.  (Dec 13, 2009 | post #7)

Tiger Woods' wife has bought house in Sweden

I for one, have had enough of your anti-American sentiments. What are you doing in this country, low-life? What do you have to contribute to our society? All you've done since you got on the computer at the library is bash Americans and our way of life, yet you LIVE here? What's wrong with you, pendejo? The only reason you aren't selling trinkets on the street corner in J-town is because someone pitied you enough to drag you across the rio on a rubber raft. Geeeez!!! Take your anti-American attitude back to that third world hovel you came from, Petunia, and give someone else a chance at a better life.  (Dec 13, 2009 | post #7)
