I am not sure if it is worth voting or not... The match would suck. Cena's character is too strong. If AJ won it would look like RVD vs Cena at one night stand again. Yeah Rob put on a great show but Cena kept getting in his way. (Mar 9, 2008 | post #6)

Oh for sure! Thats me at my school last year when it snowed. Our camera person kinda sucked.. she kept turning off the camera and doing spots instead of one full shot.. but it was ok cuz we kinda went into it with veeery vague idea of what we were going to do. (Feb 20, 2008 | post #62)

Hardcore Title in TNA (Yes or No)
The absolutely should do SOMTHING like this. Don't copy the WWE format for Hardcore title... but go more ECW. In fact, let Ryno introduce the belt as a continuum of his ECW tv title. You really think he burned it on that episode of tna? (Feb 20, 2008 | post #24)
btw I love this thread.. keep it up! ok, did you catch Big Shows shoot/jab at Mayweather? It is pretty obvious that Mayweather did not preform the way Show thought he was going to at No Way Out. What happened and the reaction it got from the Big man had a lot of people expecting a shoot interview or something during his RAW segment. So I think maybe they made it look like a shoot... If you listen to Big Shows speech when he is baiting Mayweather into a match he enphisies the word "exactly " when he told the boxer "I came out here tonight and apologized. I did EXACTLY what I was supposed to do" perhaps refusing to Mayweather not doing what he was supposed to do at no way out. Horny did take quite a good beating and it was pretty fun to watch... Think they will name Finlay as his real father? I know the spoilers all say HBK Flair for WM but what on RAW points to that yet? (Feb 20, 2008 | post #273)

I love it when people sight kayfabe accomplishments for proof of value. You have to look at WHY the people got what they got to determine awesomeness. why was HHH a multi time champ? Because he is very good at his job! He represents the company well outside the ring appearing in commercials and tv spots. He is a great athlete who puts on a very good show. To use some technical terms both taker and HHH have been described as some of the greatest workers in the buisnes. I agree. Both of them can put over just about anyone most of the time. Takers wrestlimainia streak is a gimmick for sure, but it really does show you how much respect he has inside the industry. They guy is getting pretty old and he still innovates and entertains like no other. Dead or alive his characters have been awesome. Both guys have suffered identity crisis over the years. is taker a zombie or a badass? HHH started out as a posh rich guy. Then kind of a biker thing... the dx was interesting... dominant heel champ...back to dx...king of kings...and whatever he is now I would have to say HHH gets my vote simply because he has been more active in recent years and his character has so much more believably/depth. Taker very rarely gives and interview where as HHH could do a segment every week and we would all be ok with it. HHH is a little more injury prone, but Taker is getting to be pretty old... I have just wanted to try translating it like that for a while... yeah.. for some reason WWE is really really bad about advertising matches and spots for DVD's(even putting the claims on the DVD cases at times) but not having them on the actual disk. The RAW 15 year dvd was touted as having a clip of taker getting chokeslamed through the ring by Big Show... not on the disk... and also a bit about Mr. McMahon's paternity test... not on there... but they aren't the only ones. I have heard simaler complaints by fans who purchased a Jeff Hardy dvd from his TNA days. Apparently they also described matches on the case that didn't make it into the actual content... any other Matches people have seen on Youtube? any other requests? I cannot find the documentary "The Mainia of Wrestlmaina 19" anywhere on youtube even though I watched it the other night. (Feb 20, 2008 | post #55)

Marks were not allowed into the ECW arena... these days wwecw will do televised shows near old ECW territory... why? the fans are brutal with their anti wwe chants and signs. Today we have a chance to bring a little bit of that brutal truth to Topix forums. we are the guys who talk wrestling. We are the ones who know what we are talking about. (not to exclude anyone not on that list! it is just people who have posted well on this thread) I think we need to watch for eachother. If you notice that someone on that list posts anything, take it upon yourself to keep their threids going. I was thinking about adding (ecw) to the beginning of all of my posts just to get your guys attention. Maybe we can start a new trend. I really really am not big on this kind of thing. people have tried to make cliques on here before, or start special groups/threads that always sounded stupid. the only reason I am suggesting the (ecw) is because I am sick and tired of the crap on here. Even if your posts have nothing to do with ECW the tag could be used to get attention. anyways.... I guess I am just ranting at this point... do it or don't I suppose it doesn't matter that much. but do keep eachother in mind. Do kill stupid threads by not even tempting yourself. Don't open em. Got it man: it is billed as the "Stairway to Hell" Match. I don't know if that what you were looking for but here it is. Interesting notes for this match: That clip you always see of sandman holding barbdwire on top of a ladder then getting dumped to teh outside yeah, thats in here. so is the tree of wo baseball slide with the chair and barbed wire. at 11:52 Sabu jumps off the apron and actually broke his jaw on the guard rail. An injury that would stop any wwe match not to mention put the "superstar " out of comish for a month. What does Sabu do? he tapes it down and keeps fighting. enjoy any other requests? I liked the match, but it could have been better I think the worst part was the official. That guy got the job of officiating a WH title match? He couldn't even fit into his shirt! A great match between Undertaker and Jeff Hardy. Oh a fantastic match! if you go to my playlist (as I have posted before) you can find all three (you might have to dig a little for the Jeff/Taker match, it got half messed up on my account...) keep posting videos guys! the funy stuff is good but what are your favorite matches? You gotta give Mike Knox a little credit. the guy put on a fantastic show with punk back in the day and never got any praise for it. He is a great wrestler and I think he would have done moderately well back in the old ecw. here's hopen' that Tommy gets the ECW title at WM (Feb 17, 2008 | post #17)
