hhgregg CEO expects 'challenging' quarter

A customer shouldn't HAVE to go to "the top" in order to get what was promised to them. If "the top" had any common sense, they would empower "the bottom" to take care of simple little $25 problems, and create happy customers.  (Jan 7, 2008 | post #27)

Think your life is busy? Check out the Manley family of Indy

Fertility drugs are NEVER your ONLY chance at having a child. Ever heard of adoption? To absolutely insist on your child having your genetics at all costs is nothing more than vanity.  (Jan 5, 2008 | post #51)

Principal's lawyer expects criminal charges

What, exactly, are the charges? I don't think they can charge him with a DUI at this point, can they? They never processed him and did a proper BAC, so they don't really have any evidence. I don't think Breathalyzers are admissible in court....too inaccurate. He could plead guilty, but any attorney that would let him do that should be disbarred. They NEED to bring the captain up on charges for obstruction of justice. After all, he's supposed to be a law ENFORCEMENT officer.  (Dec 31, 2007 | post #18)

We're sorry The article link is not valid or the article ...

According to the story, consent for a search was not required since the pot was in plain view, giving the officer probable cause for a search, during which he found even more. This moron should have concealed it before driving.  (Dec 31, 2007 | post #17)

Dan Pablo's closes Eastside restaurant

LOL Short-lived? It's been a blight for over 30 years! Nobody wants to stop there long enough to get car-jacked, much less hang out or shop! Your best bet is to just stay on the interstate.  (Dec 27, 2007 | post #83)

Judge: Juvenile center not safe for girls

Funny you should be beating your chest about "what is right", considering the fact that your daughter was in PRISON. What actually needs to happen is she needs to remember for the rest of her life how miserable it was there, and take steps to make sure she never has to go back. That's the way it's SUPPOSED to work.  (Dec 21, 2007 | post #127)

Judge: Juvenile center not safe for girls

These are criminals, not children. They should be punished, not "rehabilitate d".  (Dec 21, 2007 | post #125)

Judge: Juvenile center not safe for girls

Nobody forced these kids to go to the facility. They CHOSE it by their actions. I have no sympathy for them whatsoever.  (Dec 21, 2007 | post #124)

Testing: No more active TB cases at Southport

You must be a Clarian nurse. Testing positive for exposure is vastly different from having an active infection. Yes, you could eventually develop active TB, but antibiotic treatment will not do anything until it is already active. There is no cure for TB. Treatments only send it into remission. The bacteria lies dormant in your lungs, only to reactivate at some later time, usually when your immune system is suppressed (that's why so many HIV patients develop active TB). As for immunizations....there is no immunization against TB. If you really are a nurse, you should be embarrassed for your lack of even basic medical knowledge.  (Dec 20, 2007 | post #12)

BMV offering $5 online discounts

Instead of all that, just turn your ex in to the local postal inspector. If he has your mail and won't give it to you, he is committing a felony.  (Dec 20, 2007 | post #53)
