A transcript...a court transcript is just what it is...there is no bias and there is not two sides...I have read the court transcripts...I am not sure how to make that more clear to you. I do not believe with the lack of evidence presented that there was sufficient evidence to send them to prison, especially one to death row. If you have information that proves otherwise, by all means present it. I am not doing your research to back up the claims you are making. I have done plenty of research. This was clearly a witch hunt. Damien Echols was guilty long before there was even a trial...because of the way he looked and acted. He didn't fit into the bible belts way of thinking. LOL...so anyone who has been treated for mental illness should be considered a danger to society? Damien Echols is not a sociopath...Ted Bundy was a sociopath...the only mental illness that there really is no help for. As I said cite your sources. And as for you knowing them personally...neith er here nor there...I could say the same thing. I have read it...there is NOTHING in there that indicates why he was convicted. I have showed you Miskelleys IQ information, that YOU were clearly wrong about...so go ahead and show me what I am wrong about. If you don't want the kittens they will spay the cat, as will the SPCA also. The tax dollars that PP gets does not go toward abortions. They must breakdown what the money goes for and tax dollars are not allowed to go towards abortion at this point in time. I have done research, you are plainly wrong. He tested in the low 70's...how am I so sure? I specifically asked my psych professor where that put him on the scale and we had a discussion about it. Guest...there was NO DNA LINKING THE WM3 TO THOSE MURDERS...They found a couple of fibers FROM SHIRTS SOLD AT WAL-MART...no way of telling where or who those fibers came from. You should do a little more research...I have done plenty of my own. I do not typically say the court system is wrong...as I am studying law now...but in this case...it is wrong. As I said before...here is the happy medium...I'm not saying overturn the conviction...I am saying grant them a new trial, they deserve it and I fully believe the outcome will be very different.  (Friday Nov 6 | post #644)

The lack of DNA is an issue. Talk to a forensics expert...there would be DNA. There also would have been DNA on the three who allegedly killed the boys. There needs to be a new trial...They did not get a fair trial in any sense of the word. The impressions people get of Miskelley are neither here nor there...Given IQ testing he tested in the low 70's which is a clear indication of serious mental handicapp. He was questioned for hours with no parents or attorney...all being under the age of 18. He had no clue about pertinent information concerning the case.
