Use Yoga to Escape Social Media Addiction - Eric Mark Lev...

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tumblr… do you have a headache yet? All these Social Media activity has create an addiction that doesn’t bring happiness anymore, it brings stress and worry. Although Social Media is an online addiction, the side effects are very physical as well. Staying in front of a computer is already very bad for your health, since your body stays in a rested zone all day. Staying long hours sitting is also very bad for your posture, your back, and your neck. You might not realize it, but by sitting down all day long your back tends to curve outward, which creates an inconsistent line down your vertebrae! Ouch. Your neck also tends to slide towards the screen, again, without you noticing. This frontal sliding is also very dangerous as it creates stress in your muscles and can create neck strains. The beauty of it all? You can escape from this addiction through yoga. By practicing yoga everyday, even for 15 minutes, you replace the “lost” bones, muscles, and nerves in your body. You focus on yourself, which also take away from the stress of knowing what everyone is up to. All you need is 15 minutes a day to step away from your computer or phone and you will see that after a while, you will start to feel better. By feeling better and more centred, thanks to yoga, your Social Media addiction will start to fade and you will step away from the computer more often. This wonderful escape is used throughout the world to escape from the everyday stress, so why not start today and escape from Social Media?  (Mar 12, 2014 | post #1)

Eric Mark Levine CA Wow…Overcoming Stress Through Meditation

Chores, homework, work tasks, checklists, groceries, children, parents, friends, and drama. Did that just give you a big headache just thinking about it? It sure did for me. Our daily lives are filled with stressful activities that take a lot of energy and focus. Although it’s nice to have something to do for the day, and most people don’t know what to do of their day without those activities, it’s very important to sit an replenish. Have you ever experienced that small burn out moment where you just want to sit down and do absolutely nothing all day? I call those days run outs, when your battery has used all the stress it can handle and just needs to take the day off. What is dangerous is that your body can get into a comfort zone and therefore go through the same motion every week, which is not good for your health. Just like that run out day, meditation can bring calmness and help in overcoming stress. Instead of using 24 hours to relax, meditation helps you relax little by little everyday. It brings peace and calmness to your body even if it’s just for twenty minutes. Since it’s not a full day run out, it also helps you stay on track and release long term stress from running behind on daily errands. By practicing the breathe-in, breathe-out technique everyday, your brain learns to release the tension by breathing out, and to inhale positive energy by breathing in. Make sure to stay healthy and to add meditation to your daily routine, this will help in the long term from burning out and from running behind on tasks. Good luck!  (Mar 5, 2014 | post #1)

The problems that have arisen were due to the Company’s poor business performance which affected the members and they filed claims with the authorities. If the AMLO finds any additional information from investigating foreign transfer money routes, then the SEC is willing to investigate further”, said Mr. Thawatchai. Sources in capital markets disclosed that the entitles investigating California WOW’s case ie the SEC or Department of Special Investigation (DSI) have ceased its investigations after receiving results of no fraudulent acts regarding foreign overseas transfers by the board of directors or executives of the Company. If there were any overseas money transfers amounting to Baht 1,700 million as the members claimed, it would be easy enough to trace. As such the SEC has formed a special team; members include former police officers, to do forensic investigation into this matter but did not find any basis to the allegations made. During the years 2010-2011, before the Company had business problems, its annual gross income was not very highly only about Baht 600-700 million. And in fact during the time the Company faced financial problems Mr. Eric Levine, as shareholder and former management, had injected personal funds to help the business survive.  (Feb 23, 2014 | post #1)
