Falls police face layoffs, demotions
As we know the mayor's name (Robart), we need to start naming names here. I "think" I know who this person is, but it would help to get his/her name out there too. Do you think bull horning city hall could be an option? Just give me a reason to get the bull horn and I'll be all over it! I'm sure the police would leave me alone, especially in what I'm protesting city hall over. (Saturday | post #3)
Falls police face layoffs, demotions
This is what happens when an egotistical tyrant runs unopposed for mayor and gets four more years. Let's see, there's plenty of money to waste on eminent domain acquisitions. Plenty of money to plaster the mayor's name on expensive projects around town. But nothing for the police? I'm reposting another comment I made, when the union was holding it's own: If the mayor is telling the police the money isn't there, the police need to request seeing the annual comprehensive financial report for the city. We have to remind the mayor, the city doesn't manufacture a product to get it's money, but it comes from the over-taxed citizens of the Falls. The money is there. Just ask to have the report shown as a public record. Certainly, a mayor who throws eminent domain money around should be able to fund our police force. If not, we should begin considering what the motives of this mayor are. He's looking (and acting) more and more like a new world world puppet. A sad note to the police. This guy just got four more years...unopposed. You best stand up for what you know is right or Mayor Robart is going to keeping rolling over you! Think about it. He has enough money to waste on property no one wants and money to pay people to paint their houses, but has nothing for you. I'd be yelling, "BS" right along side of the police union. We (the citizens) want cuts and it needs to begin in this monetary abusive city hall. This mayor forgets that it's the citizens money first and it's not his to abuse on worthless egotistical projects that he can plaster his neocon name all over. Give our police force what they're asking for. They deserve it! And don't forget to expose all the money in the annual comprehensive financial report, so we can finally open Pandora's Box and show the citizens how the "lie and panic tax levy game" works. They have the cash, so don't let him trick you. (Friday Dec 18 | post #1)
Falls police union rejects concessions
I'm not at all surprised by what you're telling me. The most important thing is to let the Cuyahoga Falls know that we are monitoring the mayor and know he's a passive-aggressive politician. He's an easy smile, until you challenge or rattle him. Trust me. When I was at the "staged" tea party, yelling "eminent domain" through his speech, it was very obvious that he was going to snap. He's so used to being the acting king of the city, that challenging him really freaks him out. So, let's expose that comprehensive annual report, the very same way that Toto pulled the curtain back on the wizard. If the citizens give this guy another "easy four years", things will only get worse. It's patriotic to challenge tyranny. What Robart has bought into, with the conglomerate you've mentioned, is the federalization of the police force. As you'll notice, the new police cars do not have a large "Cuyahoga Falls" logo on them. It's all by design. But, it's done so incrementally, no one notices. In that respect, our mayor is certainly not one of us, but a very polished, arrogant, egotistical politician. He's only asking for bullhorns around the city hall. And trust me, that time is coming! Illinois could get Gitmo detainees
Wouldn't it just be easier to put them on trial and get this over with? Only in that instance, would we ever arrive at a resolution of their guilt or innocence. If the government truly can give them a guilty verdict, why has this lasted so long and cost the taxpayers so much money? Another example of "Change We Can Deceive In". As for nucklehead's comments, Obama has all the same bankers in place that Bush had. You have to look beyond the puppet and go right to the puppetmasters, if you're ever going to see the United States return to being a sovereign republic again. (Tuesday Dec 15 | post #9)

D.C. council votes to legalize gay marriage
As much as Washington DC gives it to the citizens "up the bum", this is probably their most logical move in some time. (Tuesday Dec 15 | post #5)

Palin popular among Limbaugh, Beck followers
If Palin is the best the Republican Party can come up with, prepare the coffin, dig the hole, and start throwing dirt on them. Any party that had rejected Ron Paul in the last election certainly doesn't know a damn thing about the Constitution or conservative values. They wouldn't even recognize Reagan, if he came back from the dead. And I'm certain, Reagan wouldn't recognize the party that's been overrun by neocon, globalist puppets! George Bush = 1984. The Orwellian state began after Reagan left office. And to think, they could've had Buchanan instead of the UN bowing neocon who began the destruction the Republican Party. The Republicans deserve both Palin and Obama for abandoning the Constitution and implementing corporate imperialism! (Tuesday Dec 15 | post #235)

Palin popular among Limbaugh, Beck followers
The reason that people keep voting in candidates of the illusionary left/right paradigm is that they're too lazy to think for themselves. They view the presidential elections like some do the Super Bowl. Either team/candidate may not be the one they wanted, it's the lesser of two evils, and there's always the stupid comments that those were the only choices. People are lazy and they will back either candidate that the MSM shoves down their throat as the most palatible poison. If people would only look as what's being/not being resolved, if their freedoms are being taken away, and why we're collectively headed towards a mixed socialist/fascist state, they have to realize we've only ever had Demopublicans and Republicrats running the show (puppeteered by the bankers and the global elite). In short, the Republicans and Democrats are nothing more than dogs chasing their own tails. The only difference is that sometimes the dog runs clockwise and other times it runs counterclockwise. But they're going nowhere and getting tired in the process of getting nowhere. And if you're hearing any kind of spin, you know the dogs are chasing their tails again! As John Lennon once sang, "All we want is the truth now...just give us the truth." (Monday Dec 7 | post #151)
Palin popular among Limbaugh, Beck followers
Wow! She's popular with drug abusers (Limbaugh) and actors (Beck). She'll have Hollywood eating out of her hands before we know it. What is sad is that the country needs someone like Ron Paul, not Sarah Palin. But because he doesn't have "a marketable look", Dr. Paul will never have a chance with the MSM, Oprah or the neocons. Jon Stewart on ClimateGate: 'Poor Al Gore - Global Warming...
How ironic that Stewart reports the fraud, then contradicts himself by saying global warming is real. Will the real Jon Stewart please stand up. Actually, with that quick of a turnaround/contrad iction in thought, the a political party might have a rising star in the offing. http://www.falloft herepublic.com (Friday Dec 4 | post #28)
Mayors to announce plans to land new hospital in Stow
Robart was told that there would be a ribbon cutting and the media would have cameras for the hospital opening. He couldn't resist missing out on that photo op! He may not know anything about limited government, not wasting our tax dollars and eminent domain abuses, but by golly, the man certainly is the most photographed ever in the history of Cuyahoga Falls. "Say cheese!" (Nov 17, 2009 | post #77)
Light 'em Up, Fox News - by Ted Nugent
Nowhere in the Constitution is there a mention of a separation of church and state. What it does say is that the government cannot create a state sponsored church. It drives me crazy when people start getting peanutty about a separation of church and state. The only place that statement has been invoked is by the mainstream media. And just because the mainstream media repeats it over and over doesn't mean that it's going to magically appear in the US Constitution any time soon. Gee, wonder what the founding fathers would've thought about this green movement and the government worship of Gaia? Why isn't anyone outraged that this neo-pagan agenda is being forced down our throats? (Nov 8, 2009 | post #523)
Light 'em Up, Fox News - by Ted Nugent
I think I'm mostly tired of people thinking you have to be either a Democrat or Republican. I'm a Constitutionalist with some libertarian leanings. Both parties are completely far away from what I think about personal freedoms, limited governments, not having to have a license to "do things" (fishing, hunting, driving, etc.), getting out of all foreign occupations, and placing the currency on a gold/silver standard. If you want an idea of what's really going on, check out a new documentary called "Fall Of The Republic" on YouTube. (Nov 5, 2009 | post #490)
