Local democrats urge single-payer health care reform
If the Federal Government would only live up to its responsibilities to the American people this mess would vanish over night.. We need to realize that Hillary Clinton's HMO health care is a failure. Then we need to unite to force the Federal Government to live up to their commitment made to Americans who have paid into Social Security. Over the past 40 years us so called Baby Boomers have paid enough money into the Social Security system to pay for the health care of our generation as well as the 2 prior generations and yet the Politicians have been claiming that our Social Security is going broke. Next is the government's legal liability to our military retirees and our Veterans and their families. If the government would only pay its' just debts to our medical providers there would NOT be any health care problems. Not only that but if Hillary Clinton's HMO were repealed and the control of our medical care turned back over to our Doctors where we have the final say as to our medical care the cost of our medical care would be drastically reduced and the cost of health insurance would become affordable for everyone like it was before Hillary's HMO. Jim no lie. Back in 1970 - 1974 I worked as the Division Reproduction clerk(I ran the Division copy center) and YES my security clearance was exactly what I said it was. When I was discharged I lost my security clearance just like I said I did. I got my info about Barry's grandmother from a christian brother who works in Kenya and not from over the net. If you will please refer to your international law you will find that at the time of Barry's ADOPTION he was living in Indonesia which gives Indonesia subject matter jurisdiction which by the way the United States MUST recognize. Therefore as soon as Barry's adoption was finalized his LEGAL name was changed to Barry Soetoro and his country of LEGAL citizenship is Indonesia and not America. Don Imas didn't mean any harm by what he said. He was repeating a phrase he had heard several black rapers use and he was reamed for it. Letterman makes a statement claiming A rod had sex with a 14 year old and then continues joking about it likehedid again tonight and you defend him. Oh yea. You are the same people who defended Bill Clinton when he was caught sexually harassing and raping women. Sick people defend the sickness of others. Then individuals like you call me a racist. Don Imas said that the Rutgers women basketball team were a bunch of "nappy-headed hos" and it cost him his job. Not all members of the Rutgers women basketball team were black. Letterman even sounded off as to how Imas should be fired for his off hand comment. Well David what is good for the goose is also good for the gander. Now I have absolutely no idea what Spain's economy was like but I would not be the lest bit surprised to learn that you have been experiencing the same thins as we have here and for the exact same reasons. The gold Standard prevented government from printing unlimited amount of paper and coins. After all they were only able to maintain an equal amount of money in the economy as they had gold and/or silver to back it up. Once the Gold Standard was removed the nations of the world started producing worthless paper and dumping it into their economies as if it wouldn't have any effects on their economies. Every time there has been a problem they have all simply dumped even more worthless money into their economies. The more worthless paper they dumped into their economy the higher the inflation rate rose. The higher the inflation rate the more worthless paper has been dumped into the economy and now everything is falling apart and what are they doing? According to Barry's grandmother she was there at the time Barry was born in Kenya. Then after Ann Dunham was unable to get Barry's father to marry her, she left and went to Indonesia. That was where she met and married Lolo Soetoro who then adopted Barry in Indonesia. Upon completion of Barry's Indonesian adoption Barry Dunham's name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro and not Barack Hussein Obama and his legal citizenship was changed to Indonesia. Since Barry's Kenyan/American citizenship was legally changed under Indonesian adoption laws to Indonesian the only way Barry could possible be an American citizen is if Barry filed for his American citizenship when he turned 18 and he was granted a "Naturalized " American Citizenship. What is even more troubling is the fact that if Barry failed to get his name legally changed from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama everything he has been doing over the past oh decade in the name of Obama is totally illegal. That bring up a very interesting question. The mess up when Barry took the oath of office was it an innocent mistake or a cover up to hide the fact that his legal name in NOT Barack Hussein Obama? Once again you are trying to confuse the issue here. Barry's place of birth is of absolutely no importance. It is totally immaterial and inadmissible into evidence as to Barry's true citizenship. Just as soon as Barry's mother put Barry up for adoption on Indonesian soil Barry fell under the sole jurisdiction of Indonesian law adoption and citizenship. It is not a case of Barry surrendering his American citizenship it is a case of Barry being adopted by a foreign national in a foreign country Indonesia. Thus American citizenship laws DO NOT apply to Barry Soetoro since legally he is a citizen of Indonesia which has after all subject matter jurisdiction over Barry's adoption. I have no idea what life was like back there in Europe. All I know is how things were here. Over the past 30 years we have been paying a lot more money for a lot less of what we buy. It is called inflation. Back when we had the Gold Standard our individual buying power was 10 times stronger than it is today. Yes we are earning more money but it is taking a whole lot more of our money to buy the exact same stuff we use to buy for say 10 cents. Today that candy bar costs us nearly a dollar and it is nearly 1/3 as big. A pound of coffee use to cost me 85 cents a pound today I am paying nearly $3.00 for 13 ounces. And it is only getting worse. 6 months ago I was paying $8.95 for a 20 pound bag of cat food. Today I am paying 11.95 for a 16 pound of the exact same cat food. Now you should see the impact of the 13 TRILLION dollars in worthless paper that Barry Soetoro and the Congressional Democrats are pouring into our economy before we do. You'll notice it first in the exchange rate and then in the price of American made goods. That is because most of the money has been sent to Europe. (May 13, 2009 | post #6)

We ALL have a responsibility to ourselves and to our fellow Americans to cast our individual vote according to the dictates of the Constitution. The Constitution says that first of all a person must at least 25 years old to hold a seat in the House of Representatives, 30 is the required age to hold a seat in the Senate and 35 is the minimum age for a person to be the president. Then having met that requirement a person "when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen." An inhabitant not a resident there is a very BIG difference. Residence can be established with 30 days while an inhabitant has resided within a state for greater than 7 years. Only the President is required to be a natural born citizen. "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States." Article II Section I US Constitution. Now it is imperative that we the people adhere strictly to the limitations set down in the Constitution. When we the People fail to live up to our individual responsibilities we open ourselves up and we create a corrupt and uncontrollable government. Without proper funding from the populace the government is unable to function properly. Over taxation breeds corruption and contempt from the people for the political leaders who have been empowered to serve us. It is for this reason why I have been pushing for a single flat tax based solely upon the government's needs and not upon a person's ability to pay and pay and pay and keep on paying. Any form of taxation based upon the income of the individual Taxpayer is unconstitutional. Not because I say it is but because the Constitution says they are. This next one is a little more difficult to discuss. The Constitution guarantees us a Federal Government that is to be in support of the many different states. That is to say its priority it to our national defense then to the needs of the individual states. For instance why do we need 15 different Federal law enforcement agencies when the Constitutions clearly states that it is the responsibility of the individual states to enforce our laws Federal, State and Local. Therefore we only need the FBI which has a mission of support to the State and local law enforcement. A president should never ever have control over our law enforcement. Waco and Ruby Ridge are prime examples of what can happen when one person has too much individual power within our government. Unwarranted attacks upon American citizens by our government must never be tolerated and MUST NEVER happen again. Our government MUST NEVER be allowed to get so big that it CANNOT be controlled. Because there is a very BIG difference. We have always been the Party of the People, for the people and by the people. It wasn't until we were infiltrated by a bunch of coward Democrats that our Party was changed to what we see today while the vast majority of Republicans still remain true to our original ideologies. It will only be after we return to our true roots that are embedded deep within the United States Constitution that we will see and feel OUR Party come alive once again. We have been betrayed by individuals like McCain, both Bushes, Reagan and Lott for so very long that we have lost our true identity. We are the Americans who freed the slaves and YES we are the Americans who brought segregation to its ultimate destruction. That in spite of the Democrats stealing it and turning what we worked so very hard to accomplish into just another form of government sponsored racism and slavery. We are Republicans and YES we have every reason to be very PROUD of our Party in spite of everything the Democrats have done to destroy us from within. They have mocked us, imprisoned some of us and yes they have infiltrated our ranks in order to bring about our final end and yet we are still here and we are still strong and growing in strength every day. Here we stand UNITED yelling that we will be heard and we WILL NOT go quietly into the night. Come 2010 we will offer Americans real change they can believe in and not just a lot more of the same o Same o Democratic policies we got out of the last 2 so called Republican Presidents. We are here to offer Americans a choice between FREEDOM and slavery to a cruel and relentless tyrant called the One World Order, NAFTA and the tax and spend Democratic agenda that seeks only to hopelessly enslave ALL of us. This past election is a perfect example of what I am talking about the only candidate who was qualified to run was Sarah Palin. Both McCain and Soetoro do not meet the citizenship requirement. Biden and Clinton are both Lawyers which disqualifies them to even be Senators. No person is able top hold 2 public offices at the same time. An attorney is a servant of the Court which just happens to be a public office. Why do you think it seemed like everyone was out to get Palin? If McCain's citizenship was pushed in a Federal Court and he was disqualified after the election Palin would be our President right now.
