the new cold war

Many of you in your 40s or older will remember one of most common terms used by the media not too long ago was "cold war". Basically, it's is a war of non-military, non violent means or a war of words and policies with economic threats or, propaganda hype may be included from one political force trying to out-mouth the other. For many years, the animal agriculture business and animal rights extremist have been at a "cold war" against each other with a minor terrorist incident of cowardly violence here and there from the animal extremist. In recent years, the animal rights movement has been successful in getting their words and policies carved into legislation through liberal media and political influence. Many extreme laws giving an animal more legal protection than humans have been passed with several forms of animal agriculture being terminated as a result. By most part, this has been without violent confrontation as the victims in this cold war are just ordinary, law-abiding folks not looking for trouble, which can't be said for their opposition. However, the war of words has created a legal means that now is depriving citizens of their freedom and rights to fairness under due process. People are having their farms raided and raped by animal humane type orgs along with local police support. Victim farm owners face financial demise and the burdon of proving innocence because guilt has already been assumed by authorities. Citizens are going to jail for acts such as cockfighting or just the intent. People are facing prison time for chicken fighting comparible to violent crimes against another human. One example being in Virginia, a man sold two chickens to an undercover animal rights activist who later testified where for the purpose of fighting. The accused faced 10 years in state prison, one for each chicken sold and was not even close to an actual cockfight. In comparison, also in Virginia, a woman was convicted of child neglect, causing the death of that child and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. So, per our former Attorney General and current Governor, Bob McDonnell, who forced this idiocy into law, two chickens being sold with intent warrant the same penalty as neglect causing the loss of human life. Right now in South Carolina, good people, every day people you could talk to at your local market and have never seen the inside of a jail are facing federal prison time cause they where at a cockfight which had grocery items produced years prior from another state. But truth be told, it really comes down to a state Attorney General joined at the hip with an animal rights organization and willing to sacrifice his own people's freedom and rights to due process for his own political aspirations. When you can read the paper and learn of a child molester getting a year in jail on one page and a dogfighter getting 15 years on another page, it should tell you we are going backward as a nation and not forward. Our priorities are distorted and current trend has many laws based on lobbying power and special interest money more so than morality. NOTICE:The cold war is long over. The ARA have the legislative ammo they have been seeking for years and now destroying people's lives, breaking up families, breaking up family farms, bankrupting animal agri business etc. People are receiving jail sentences for doing as freedom, tradition and family heritage has taught and allowed for hundreds of years. Freedom for that which you love is at stake and it's not a matter if you're ever effected, it's a matter of when. When that day comes, your freedom, home, family, family bloodlines, and finances will be in jeopardy for the sake of a chicken, dog or some farm animal. Each time a major farm goes down, passing a law taking someones freedom, another barned is burned or 500 gamefowl are killed in the hands of humane organizations, they toast another drink and have one of those vegan parties to celebrate our loss.  (Jul 29, 2010 | post #1)

The gamefowl Industry, the Humane Society of the United S...

The HSUS has worked for more than 30 years to demonize the gamefowl industry and villify the participants of this industry and sport. They have used massive media campaigns in the urban areas of the United States and other countries to solicit money from people with no knowledge of the subject but the lies and misrepresenations the HSUS has spread until it is considered gospel by those without factual first hand knowledge. Imminent Domain Laws were enacted to prohibit well funded private organizations and filthy rich people from taking property away from the poorer people and using it for their own financial gain. But in the case of the gamefowl industry these animal extremists have enacted illegal laws which deprive us of our freedoms, our culture, our heritage, our inalienable rights and our property for their economic gain. Our government is making raids under the "color of law" at the request and because of the HSUS pay people to report and turn in gamefowl facilities and gamefowl owners. They report this to the law enforcement officers and they conduct these raids endangering our lives and taking our property which the HSUS or the state officials will then kill. The HSUS then publicizes the raid as widely as possible and solicits more tax exempt donations from their members thus taking the gamefowl owners property and destroying it for their own tax emempt financial gain. In some states they have even started working to make the state pay them for killing the gamefowl that are taken from the gamefowl owner. Many of our government officials are working in collusion with this well funded animal extremist organization. Whether they support these extremist for their own financial gains, because they don't have the courage to stand against them for fear of not being reelected or because they to are animal extremists can only be guessed at unless you know the government official on a more personal level. Many violations of the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the Animal Enterprize Terrorism Act and the Imminent Domain Laws have been permitted, encouraged and allowed under the "color of law" so these well funded animal extremists organizations could profit from the gamefowl industry's criminalization and the destruction of our property. It is time our legislators stop supporting the well funded animal extremists and stand up to support the freedoms of the rural United States Citizens (gamefowl owners) most devastated and endangered by these illegal laws. We are a rural minority but that does not mean the AETA, RICO, Imminent Domain Laws and U.S. and OK Constitutions were written to exclude us. Thank you, US Army ret SFC B.L. Constitutional Issues

The 9th and 10th amendments are as crucial as the 1st and 2nd. Yet, they are probably the least understood. I encourage you look them up. Learn them. They are going to be the last line of defense against a tyrannical Federal Government. My point is that if you are not willing to support all of the Constitution, you may as well support none of it. Because a minority, a mob, a consensus, can indeed strip us of all of our freedoms by dividing us into special interests and then removing the rights one by one. It's happening today. It has been happening for decades. Divide and conquer. And it does not matter what their motivation is. Be it socialism, communism, Marxism, collectivism, or simply that we can do it better than the private sector. The result is the same. You will lose your right to the control of your life. Your individual freedoms will be gone. You will be forced to conform to the will of the majority. The only solution is that you must be Pro-Constitution, even if you dislike some of the things that are done with those freedoms. That's what freedom is. And you will dislike many of the things that are done. But are you really willing to give up your freedoms to control someone else? Not me. Not now. Not ever. If you find yourself saying "there should be a law" for someone's behavior that does not put you at risk of physical harm, you have already slipped onto that slippery slope. And there is a huge segment out there willing to help you with that. And they are in not one, but both main political parties. They have already been helping with our 1st, 2nd, 4th,5th, 9th and 10th amendments. It's why we will now be required to buy health insurance, according to their standards. The Divide and Conquer crowd know how to defeat us. They are doing so very effectively. It's up to you to halt this. You must support ALL of the Constitution because without it we are slaves to the majority. We have a methodology for changing the Constitution if We, the People choose to. It's difficult, yes. But there is a reason for that. It ensures that we deliberate carefully over the action and it's results. It prevents us from bad, spur of the moment decisions. The Divide and Conquer crowd do not choose that route for change. Up to now, it's easier to erode the support of individual amendments because they believe none of us are willing to defend the entire Constitution. So what are you going to do? Continue to see the erosion of our rights that are individually important to you, or stand up and defend all of the rights you are entitled to? At least for now, the choice is still yours. Remember the old joke about how to eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Divided and Conquered, the elephant is consumed.  (Mar 25, 2010 | post #2)

Constitutional Issues

Like it or not, we have been played by one of the oldest strategies known to man: Divide and Conquer. In essence, it is our own damn fault. When the United States has been attacked externally, we have always pulled together enough to overcome that attack. But what about when we are attacked from within, and the attack is against the very fundamental principles our nation is built upon? We, the People, could never be divided and conquered as long as we adhered to the Constitutional Principles we have agreed to live by. But, along the path of time, we have allowed ourselves to be divided into special interests that ironically, all clamor back to the Constitution as proof positive that we have certain inalienable rights. We just do not do it together. On the other side is a relentless mob who wants it all. They have no deadlines. They use concepts such as consensus, bi-partisanship, and other methodologies to manipulate those of principle to compromise. Those of us that want the Constitution followed are to blame. We have stopped locking arms with people using the First Amendment, defendin g their right to say something even if we disagree. We have said "There oughta be a law" against this or that. "For the kids" has often been the rallying cry. We have fallen victim to accepting 2nd amendment intrusions under the guise of common sense. Who needs a gun in a coffee shop? Who needs a gun at church? Who needs a gun on campus? And so those that would prefer not to carry, who may be agnostic about carrying, effectively shun the Constitution, turning their backs on those why believe in the Second Amendment, allowing us to be divided and conquered. We have allowed the 4th Amendment to be watered down. No longer are we safe from unlawful search and seizure. We have been scared into accepting body scans and searches in the normal course of our daily routines. And for those who fight for our 4th amendment rights, we are told that if we are doing nothing wrong we have nothing to worry about. We are often told this by those who we know believe strongly in other amendments yet are willing to let this one go. We are once again divided and conquered. Our own fault. What about the 5th amendment? All around us we read stories of people losing their property via eminent domain. What of the bondholders of GM and Chrysler? Are we working diligently to support those who have lost their properties to government ambition? Are we voting out the folks that use eminent domain against private citizens for the wrong reasons? If you do not work to protect property rights of individuals, it is not a great leap to destroy the rights of individuals.  (Mar 25, 2010 | post #1)

OK Senators and Representatives,

OK Senators and Representatives, The OK cockfighting law is illegal. And the cockfighters are still here. We aren't going anywhere and we aren't running or tiptoeing around this issue any longer. This WILL continue to be made more public every day. You decide when you have had enough and will uphold your oath of office, to "support and defend the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Oklahoma against all enemies both foriegn and domestic". We are rural OK residents we are your neighbors and in many cases friends. You are either going to support the out of state animal extremists that openly professed they came from outside Oklahoma, entered our state and outlawed cockfighting and are advocating to endanger rural Oklahomans lives and our families, to rip our families apart, take our culture and heritage, take our inalienable rights to our pursuit of happiness and our liberty, criminalize our animal agricultural industry, depriving us our of right to own our property for the very reason it has been genetically bred and raised ove 3000 years for and making us instant over night felons violating our 5th and 14th amendment rights guaranteed in the US Constitution and our "rights to the gains of our labor" under Section II.2 of the OK Constitution. The equivalent of this law is to pass a law that states it is illegal to own or possess beef cattle for or with the intent to slaughter (harvest) and anyone owning or possessing beef cattle for or with the intent to slaughter is guilty of a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Then conducting raids of the ranchers’ homes and endangering their lives and the lives of their family members to stop them from selling their cattle for slaughter or personally slaughtering their own (property) cattle. And seizing their property (cattle) (violates the 5th amendment, of the US Constitution) because there is no other commercial use for them except what they were genetically bred and raised for which is slaughter (harvest). The state then kills the cattle to keep the rancher from profiting from the (gains of his labor) (violates section II.2 of the OK Constitution) harvest of his (property) cattle. The law would obviously be unjust and therefore violates the 14th amendment of the US Constitution. And if the cattle rancher doesn’t comply with the law will our legislators stand by and do nothing as Law Enforcement Officers raid their homes and endanger their families over their cattle (property) as they have done regarding the cockfighters and the cockfighting law in Oklahoma? Will the 5th and 14th amendment of the US Constitution and Section II.2 of the Oklahoma Constitution continue to be spit on and dismissed by the legislators or will they actually uphold their oath of office as they haven’t done for the (approximate) 30,000 cockfighters in Oklahoma. No law may violate the US Constitution and be a valid law. No Oklahoma law may violate the OK Constitution and be a valid OK law. Every raid conducted in OK has been done under the "color of law" when in reality any act to enforce an illegal law is an illegal act.  (Mar 17, 2010 | post #1)

OK Senators and Representatives,

Our legislators take an oath to uphold and defend the US and OK Constitutions so why haven't they done so? Are you really that afraid of the Humane Society of the United States? The following quote may help some of you comprehend this issue better. "1. The voters may no more violate the United States Constitution by enacting a ballot issue than the general assembly (legislators) may by enacting legislation. American Constitutional Law Foundation Inc v Meyer, 120 F.3d 1092 (10 Cir. 07/28/1997) citing Citzens against Rent control v City of Berkeley, 454 U.S. 290.295 (1981)." Now the only remaining question is do our legislators have have the courage to step up and face the animal extremists and repeal this illegal law before any more illegal raids are conducted under the "color of law" and more rural US Citizens have their lives endangered, property destroyed, are deprived of their inalienable rights, their families ripped apart or possibly even one or more rural Oklahoman(s) is/are killed by law enforcement officers defending a chicken. The AG Drew Edmondson, Judge Winchester, HSUS and the Rac...

Janet Halliburton and Judge Winchester have chosen to actively support and helped orchestrate in OK, “the endangerment of human lives to defend a chicken”. What if the commercial poultry farmer doesn’t comply with the law will our legislators stand by and do nothing as Law Enforcement Officers raid their homes and endanger their families over their chickens (property) as they have done regarding the cockfighters and the cockfighting law in Oklahoma? Will the 5th and 14th amendment of the US Constitution and Section II.2 of the Oklahoma Constitution be waved aside and dismissed by the legislators or will they actually uphold their oath as they haven’t done for the (approximate) 30,000 cockfighters in Oklahoma. The equivalent of this law is to pass a law that states it is illegal to own or possess beef cattle for or with the intent to slaughter (harvest) and anyone doing so is guilty of a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Then conducting raids of the ranchers’ homes and endangering their lives and the lives of their family members to stop them from selling their cattle for slaughter or personally slaughtering their own (property) cattle. The state then kills the cattle to keep the rancher from profiting from the (gains of his labor) (violates section II.2 of the OK Constitution) harvest of his (property) cattle. The law would obviously be unjust and therefore violates the 14th amendment of the US Constitution. And another sad aspect of it is our legislators are supporting it through apathy, indifference and a misplaced sense that the urban voters can’t comprehend that this law endangers human lives for a chicken and that even if they comprehend it they would support the possibility of killing rural Oklahomans to defend a chicken. I served 22 years with MEN and WOMEN of COURAGE that have taken the same oath our legislators have taken and put their health, their families and their lives on the line and I personally knew several that have died to protect and defend the freedoms we are all guaranteed, the freedoms they gave their lives for and the elected officials within our government don’t even have the courage to put the office and the chair they are sitting in on the line to stand up against an illegal and unconstitutional law that endangers the lives of more than 30,000 rural Oklahomans.  (Mar 17, 2010 | post #3)

The AG Drew Edmondson, Judge Winchester, HSUS and the Rac...

The cockfighting law was brought about using highly questionable decisions and controversial actions of the Humane Society of the United States, the Oklahoma Coalition Against cockfighting President Janet Halliburton (also serving as the director of the OSBI at the same time), Judge Winchester (OK Supreme Court Judge) and Attorney General Drew Edmondson acting within the official capacity of their offices that is not in doubt and several legislators I have spoken with have admitted this. Many of these same legislators realizing and acknowledging this law was brought about illegally, that it violates the 5th and 14th amendment to the US Constitution and Section II-2 of the OK Constitution and endangers rural OK residents lives for a chicken still don’t have the courage to step forward and speak out publicly against it. Sooner or later the HSUS will try to enact legislation in OK to criminalize gestation crates for pigs just as they did in FL, CA and ME. After they use the media to lie and misrepresent the pig farmers to the urban majority and manipulate a few well placed government officials in OK again, I will wait and see if our legislators will stand by and allow the swine industry to be criminalized and placed at such a position that it is forced out of business as the gamefowl business was. And to see if they will still lack the courage to step in and stop the endangerment of human lives as Law Enforcement Officers kick in the doors and rip apart the families of the swine farmers that refuse to allow their industry to be put out of business by illegal laws that have the direct intent to stop all animal agriculture. What lies will they use to justify the endangerment of human lives, the assaults and attacks of rural Oklahomans homes and businesses and possibility even the of killing a swine farmer to defend the pig? “Oh the pig farmers are just terrible people because they are abusing a pig. Pig farmers are nasty people and they almost always own guns and do drugs. Pigs are so smart that it’s justified to kill a few rural drug addicted people if need be to defend the pigs”. And the AG’s recent and prolonged attacks against the commercial poultry industry in Eastern Oklahoma displays AG Edmondson’s stead fast alliance and stubborn dedication to work for the HSUS and assault the animal agriculture industries in Oklahoma to assist the HSUS in achieving their professed goal of abolishing all animal agriculture through their “lies, misrepresentations and anything else” are all justified for the animals policy. With their highly questionable and possibly criminal support of the cockfighting law in OK this is exactly what Drew Edmondson,  (Mar 17, 2010 | post #2)

The AG Drew Edmondson, Judge Winchester, HSUS and the Rac...

The AG Drew Edmondson, Judge Winchester, HSUS and the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act and the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. Attorney General Drew Edmondson has tied himself deeply with the Humane Society of the United States in the hope of becoming Governor of Oklahoma. But since the HSUS is now under investigation by the IRS for illegal activities and faces losing their tax exempt status and is being sued under the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act by Barnum Bailey Circus owners. The HSUS is also under investigation in another state on simular charges and may find themselves facing more RICO and AETA charges as more evidence of their corruption surfaces across the US. Here in Oklahoma AG Drew Edmondson has been praised by the HSUS and exalted as their poster boy inside the state. He sat by and allowed the HSUS to bring in out of state petitioners to gather signatures and influence OK laws criminalizing an animal agriculture industry and sport, devastating the rural economy of the state and making overnight felons of approximately 30,000 rural Oklahoma residents. Yet he arrested and prosecuted Paul Jacobs and two other people with the Taxpayers Bill Of Rights (TABOR) organization for the same act of bringing out of state petitioners into Oklahoma and gathering signatures. By selectively enforcing Oklahoma’s petition laws he made OK and his office a willing accomplice in violating the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act. The referee (Gregory Albert) appointed by the OK Supreme Court to verify the signatures found there were not enough legally gathered signatures and his recommendation to the court was the State Question to outlaw the gamefowl industry could not be placed on the ballet for lack of legal signatures. But the OK Supreme Court over ruled their own referee. They decided they would allow the HSUS’s illegal out of state petitioners to illegally influence OK laws. One Judge that was very instrumental in making sure the illegal signatures were allowed was Judge James Winchester but of course he would not recluse himself from the proceedings even though his wife worked with the HSUS on the petition process and gathering the signatures. This biased Judge has obviously aligned himself with HSUS and has used his office to assist them in their goal to abolish all animal agriculture, one animal agriculture industry and animal sport at a time by illegally placing SQ 687 on the ballet. And rural OK citizens are the people losing our industry, our heritage, culture and inalienable rights to our pursuit of happiness, liberty and even our lives are being endangered and threatened by these corrupt acts of our government officials to defend a chicken. Since the passage of this law AG Edmondson has organized three raids against cockfighters in OK. During these raids as in every raid conducted by law enforcement officers there is the risk that a human being will be hurt or killed. These raids were conducted to defend a chicken and under the pretense that drugs and illegal automatic assault rifles would be present but no drugs or illegal guns were found. All the gamefowl were killed because there is no other purpose for them except their commercial method of harvest. These government officials by committing violations of the RICO Act and the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act in support of the HSUS and acting under the “color of law” have chosen to endanger rural US Citizens lives to defend a chicken. Now that the HSUS is being brought under so much scrutiny it will be a great time for the rural residents of Oklahoma to bring this matter back into the public arena and make sure these government officials answer for these willful and illegal acts. We are NOT going away and we are going to make this VERY PUBLIC.  (Mar 17, 2010 | post #1)

Incentives to legalize the gamefowl industry in Oklahoma

Incentives to State and Local Government to legalize the gamefowl industry in Oklahoma Each Facility shall be required to have a license purchased from the State. Either the OK Parks and Recreation, or the OK Department of Ag. Suggested price $2500.00 for a extra large facility seating over 500 persons; $1500.00 for a large facility seating max 300-500 persons; $1000.00 for a mid size facility seating (max) 100-300 persons; $250.00 for a small facility seating (max) 1-100 persons. Each participant shall be required to have a license purchased from the State, just as hunting or fishing licenses from the OK Department of Wildlife Conservation. Suggested price resident $25.00 annually, out of state license $40.00 Every county that allows cockfighting and has a facility established may receive an apportionment of the admission so to shall the state. Suggested amount is $3 to the county and $2 dollars to the state for each person for daily admission. The purse will be taxed at the equivalent tax rates and taxes taken from the purse by the facility to be sent to the respective state and county offices. The economic impact studies from the criminalization of the gamefowl industry clearly displays that this industry brought in more than $113,000,000.00 annually into the state. By repealing the illegal law and giving rural Oklahoma residents back our freedom and our inalienable rights to our heritage, our culture, our pursuit of happiness, our liberty and our animal agriculture industry, Oklahoma will reap the economic benefits that Humane Society of the United States president Wayne Pacelle has admitted is a billion dollar a year animal agriculture industry in the USA and end the endangerment of rural Oklahoma residents lives to defend a chicken. With 30,000 cockfighters in OK and several thousand out of state cockfighters coming into OK from surrounding states OK will bring in several million dollars each year from the gamefowl industry into the state and most importantly into the rural counties that so badly need this source of revenue. Based on facts previously described throughout numerous e-mails, newspapers ads and articles throughout Oklahoma, Oklahoma will be best served when our legislators repeal this illegal and unconstitutional law, legalize the industry and promote the economic benefits the state will gain from the industry. The gamefowl industry in Puerto Rico brings in and generates over $400,000,000.00 annually into the economy of the small Island. By legalizing this industry in OK our State legislators will be bringing into Oklahoma and capturing this source of revenue from every state in the USA by providing the sole venue for the industry.  (Mar 15, 2010 | post #1)
