Stay Thirsty, My Friends. (Dec 31, 2009 | post #26)
Bowling is something that ANYONE can learn and do easily, regardless of skill level. When was the last time you saw a family with young children out on the golf links?? Trust me...golf is NOT cheaper than bowling. Also...try golfing when it's raining, Super Genius. (Dec 19, 2009 | post #16)
Great news...if they can get it done! (Dec 19, 2009 | post #3)
If airfares were lower, this would not even be an issue at all. (Dec 5, 2009 | post #1)
Only in Hawaii...land of the lolos. (Nov 28, 2009 | post #26)
Not sure why this is even an issue. Waikiki Beach is Hawaii's # 1 tourist attraction, therefore, projects such as this are necessary. Or do some people just do not understand what Hawaii's # 1 industry is? It sure ain't all of those Toyotas they are churning out from that auto plant on the Leeward Coast. (Nov 15, 2009 | post #16)
If those buildings were torn down (including the old theater)...and Target built brand new...that would definitely give a MAJOR facelift to that site. One potential downside: Traffic on Hahani Street. It already sucks. Perhaps a traffic signal at Hahani and Hekili is needed. And also an entry/exit to the parking lot off of Kailua Road behind Formaggio's, near the old Michael's Liquor store. Another thing that could/should be done is to relocate the post office to further back in the parking lot. Think of it...Target...a new Post Office...other retailers and restaurants...wow. So, I say bring Target to Kailua! It would be a great fit...and would be 1000 times better than having to drive into town to go to Target there. (Oct 17, 2009 | post #14)
Hey Stupid: Were you born stupid...or did you have to work at it? You have absolutely no class. People are angry that a senseless death occurred on Waikiki Beach, and all you can do is blithely spout hateful, foolish and offtopic drivel. That girl that was murdered was someone's child. The mother was in Hawaii for a conference, and brought her son and daughter along, for what was supposed to be a good time and a good visit by a family. Then everything suddenly went terribly wrong. How do you think the mother is feeling right now? She is probably blaming herself, although she shouldn't be. She will have to live with this for the rest of her life. What was done right that night and what was done wrong that night are horses that have been beaten enough already. So, regardless of what you think of some of the posters here...SHOW SOME (GOSH-DARNED EFFING) CLASS AND DECENCY, MAN! Or else shut the hell up. Seriously. I have said it before...and I will say it again...my deepest condolences to the Antone family. May Bryanna rest in peace. Me Ke Aloha Pau'ole. (Oct 15, 2009 | post #312)
Why bother? No point in my trying to fix stupid...because You Can't Fix Stupid. So, O Stupid One (aka W Tool), go out and play with Mr. Mission Accomplished. Juggle live grenades or something. You two fools are made for each other...after all, brainless twits flock together. (Oct 15, 2009 | post #694)
Indeed. Clearly, SpongeBob Square Brain can't help but be a Tool for W, and obviously has zero to do in that thriving world-class and famous metropolis called Van Nuys. (Oct 14, 2009 | post #680)
Get a life, SpongeBob (probably in more ways than one). Really. Nothing for you to see here. Subjects such as this are much too far beyond your fifth-grade level of intelligence. That said, you definitely are NOT smarter than a fifth-grader. So, SpongeBob Square Peg, go and continue to be a Tool for W. You obviously are very good at it. Otherwise, stifle yourself and move on. Find something useful to do with yourself out there in Van Nuys. (Oct 14, 2009 | post #679)
Eh, SpongeBob, YOU need to get a life. If you don't like it, then just stifle yourself. Or as I have said before, do us all a favor and go hunting with Cheney. Bottom line: People here are hurt and angry over what was a VERY senseless tragedy. If someone like you, a very small-minded Mainlander tool, cannot understand that, then S-T-F-U, move on and find another website to read. Your worthless drivel is NOT welcome here. (Oct 14, 2009 | post #246)
Watching the nightly mating rituals by two-legged creatures, obviously. As someone else said, it's not called "sex beach" for nothing. (Oct 14, 2009 | post #219)
