'Til death do they part on 'Harper's Island'

Yeah, I'm loving the limited run thing. No matter what it's just this one season's story, completely wrapped up at the end, no stretching it out even if it has good ratings. And if it's really successful they'll do more seasons, but with a completely different cast and a different plot and location. Am SO looking forward to this premiere tonight.  (Apr 9, 2009 | post #2)

Madonna speaks out on Malawi adoption

I agree that what she is doing is an admirable thing. Of course you can pick apart every comment she makes but in the end she helping out that child- which is a lot more than most people do. plus she set up a charity in Malawi.  (Mar 31, 2009 | post #12)

Jolie and Pitt 'sleeping apart'

I don't even believe most of this stuff- one minute they are broken up the next she is pregnant again.. i just can't keep track  (Mar 31, 2009 | post #21)

Chris Brown, Rihanna were no-shows at Kids' Choice

I am sure they were advised not to go - especially after the backlash from Brown's nomination  (Mar 31, 2009 | post #2)

Walt Disney

“Buy a Ticket, Plant a Tree”

Glad to see that Disney is not only releasing Earth under their new label(DisneyNature ) but also helping repair part of the rain forest. Here is the full article- http://green.msn.c om/Green-Living/Se e-a-movie,-plant-a -tree/ Essentially Disney will plant a tree in the Atlantic Forest for every ticket purchased during the opening week of Earth. I've been planning on seeing the film for awhile but this is definitely an added incentive for me.  (Mar 31, 2009 | post #1)

Musical Movies

'High School Musical 3' graduates to the big time with $4...

pschh whatever the music is amazing and catchy. Not to mention Efron and Ashley Tisdale's performances. It was all around entertaining in my opinion!!  (Oct 30, 2008 | post #3)

High School Musical

HSM Review!

EW has a great review of the film- These are standard youth-movie dilemmas, but they're brought to life by the high-energy cast and the musical numbers, which Ortega shoots with electrifying pizzazz. When Troy and Gabriella waltz in the rain on the school’s garden rooftop, the movie taps that blend of shyness and exhibitionism that animates so many adolescents. Later, Troy and Chad (Corbin Bleu), his dreadlocked teammate and best bud, do a gymnastic dance in a junkyard, flipping and twirling to ''The Boys Are Back,'' and it's a thriller. Here, once again, the beauty of Efron's performance is that he's a vibrant athletic hoofer who leaps and clowns with the heartthrob vigor of a young Gene Kelly, yet he's also achingly sincere. ew/article/0,,2023 4985,00.html  (Oct 24, 2008 | post #1)

Showrunner Exits CBS' 'Ex List' - Rick Eid takes over for...

I read really good reviews actually. One in Variety in particular talked about the great ensemble cast chemistry. I have high hopes and Reaser won an Emmy plus she totally pulls off the sweet charming role. I think she is perfect for this!  (Oct 3, 2008 | post #9)

Ain't It Cool News- Spike Lee Interview

Now that I read about some of Lee's influences, I can totally see the connections. I love that he was inspired Italian cinema and one of my favorites- Saving Private Ryan. http://www.aintitc  (Sep 24, 2008 | post #1)

Beverly Hills, 90210

Dylan is Baby Daddy on '90210'

I think he fits as the father perfectly. Steve was obsessed with Kelly and would have never left her. He always had a soft spot for her. And Brandon would have NEVER abandoned Kelly and the child. I think Dylan is the clear choice- how many times did he go MIA riding off on his motorcycle?? Plus with his job he can't be in california so it's not like they made him out to be this monster or something. I think the character has definite continuity.  (Sep 22, 2008 | post #2)
