Is There More to Sex Than Pleasure?

for those of you who say that it's about more than pleasure... you are missing out. and I'm not talking about "love" because it can be way more intense than that. I've had experiences that I can only describe as how it would feel to see my soul.  (Apr 19, 2009 | post #4)

Help!! Sub needing help

thanks. yeah, we aren't that bonded. It's kind of a new thing. So i dont know that I am really at the point to make too many requests. I want to meet her soon, but I know I will see her on Monday --- assuming she shows up --- though that will be an entirely open and innocent encounter.  (Apr 18, 2009 | post #3)

Help!! Sub needing help

I used to be into "the scene" but, I've been out of it for a couple years (as I have been with a lovely person who is not into the sub/dom, BDSM thing...) Now I find myself getting back into it, and love it more than ever, but am a bit rusty on my etiquette. How should I go about letting my dom know I want to see her again--- that I long for her to use me--- just to hear her stern commands. ?? I am also strugging with a strong need not to seem attached or needy. Something tells me that I should wait until she tells me it's time. **sigh** oh the complications.  (Apr 18, 2009 | post #1)

US Sniper Gets 10 Years for Iraqi Death

---bullshit--- Seriously, he was serving our country. He was doing his duty, and this is ridiculous. Most murderers here in the US don't even do that kind of time... I think there needs to be a petition against this. if there is anything, send it my way.  (Feb 11, 2008 | post #545)

Sex in older/younger relationships

because I need to feel that this topic can be talked about seriously, I just wanted to say that my bf and I have now been living together for a month, and it is great to finally be here. We've had a rough start, but it has proven our dedication to each other. As for the sex... still wonderful.  (Feb 6, 2008 | post #141)

2000 Honda CRV Driver's Side Window Not Working

The motor has probably gone ka-put. This happened on another car of mine... the replacement was around $120. If it is still making a noise, it may have just fallen off the track. Just pop the door panel off, and you should be able to tell.  (Jan 31, 2008 | post #2)

I would rather have a car that is expensive to fix but doesn't break down often, than have a car that is constantly having problems, but is a cheap fix.  (Jan 31, 2008 | post #6)

Blue-Eyed People Have One Common Ancestor

Don't imply that others are morons when you butchered basic genetic explanation. I give it to you, though, you at least have some understanding of what you are talking about  (Jan 31, 2008 | post #269)

Blue-Eyed People Have One Common Ancestor

Studying genetic patterns for eye color, hair color, etc. is in the same field of studying cancer. We know why people are dying of cancer. Cancer is a genetic mutation of cells that causes rapid reproduction. [think about when you get a cut on your arm. You body heals itself by generating new skin cells to replace the damaged ones. This also happens when you get a sunburn. Why do you think a sunburn can lead to skin cancer? At some point during the process your body goes through to replace the skin cells killed off by the UV rays absorbed by your body, something "goes wrong" and a cell starts to rapidly reproduce. In essence, it can't shut itself off.] Why do we care? Not all of us do...  (Jan 31, 2008 | post #261)

Blue-Eyed People Have One Common Ancestor

Blue-eyes are carried on a recessive gene. Brown eyes are a dominant gene. Let's go with science here: B=dominant b=recessive BB= Brown Bb=Brown bb= blue so, If your parents are both carriers of the recessive gene [Bb] you may end up with Brown or Blue eyes. You may be BB and have brown eyes, and not carry the recessive gene. Which means you will not have blue eyed children. Or maybe you would be Bb with brown eyes, and have the chance to have a blue eyed child. If two people have blue eyes [bb] they cannot have a brown eyed child, since they do not have a dominant gene present. Your comment is ill informed. If both his parents had blue eyes, and he had brown... then you'd have a correct statement.  (Jan 31, 2008 | post #248)

There is certainly something to say about "American made cars." Has anyone made note that American companies, such as Ford, have shipped their factories overseas and "foreign " companies such as Toyota have been moving factories to the US? Beyond that. The quality of product has dropped to nil. Manufacturers have lowered the quality of the cars they are pushing about because we demand lower prices. We are the culture that has to have a new car in the driveway... and new cars are being made to run well for the first 3-5 years. After that, it is expected that you will trade it in for a new one. I personally trust Honda and Toyota to put out good cars. I have a '98 CR-V and it runs like a gem. Older Toyota's are better, in my opinion, than the newer lines. For one, new trucks [from almost any company] are just TOO BIG. I suppose this follows the saying "to each, their own."  (Jan 31, 2008 | post #4)

I am sorry... but we are looking at a shaky economy, mortgage crisis, poor healthcare options [for those of us unfortunate enough to not have/ be able to afford any form of health insurance.] .... and the big focus is on illegal immigration? this is not going to solve our problems...  (Jan 24, 2008 | post #2)
