Laser Spine Institute-Tampa

For anybody considering laser spine surgery, please check out the links below (new information on laser spine surgery just posted within the last couple of days). For those of you considering LSI, The Bonati Institute, or any other organization that performs laser spine surgery, this might help you in your decision making. I had laser spine surgery on my back about 10 days ago in Florida (not at LSI or The Bonati Institute) and realize now I have made the worst mistake of my life! I am now suffering from horrible pain as well as other complications I did not have prior to surgery. Even after working in the medical field for over 20+ years (including working in the operating room and assisting with spine surgeries), I fell for the hard sales pitch and got conned into having what I was led to believe was a "no downtime" surgery. This is so far from the truth. Don't let anyone lead you into believing that laser spine surgery is anything less dangerous than performing open back surgery, because it is not! I have spent countless hours on the Internet, including this thread, researching laser spine surgery, the various companies/medical doctors and smooth-talking sales people who perpetuate this surgery. I have read about all the lawsuits. I have read about all the maimed, permanently scarred and injured people (emotionally, physically, financially), and realize that I too am now a victim. Something needs to be done, NOW, to stop this sickening experiment that ruins people for life and uses human beings as experimental guinea pigs so that another person in this country can make a quick buck! I personally plan to seek justice for the lifelong physical and emotional disabilities I feel I will now suffer from as a result of succumbing to laser spine surgery. Just say NO to laser spine surgery! http://www.protect http://www.bloombe 5-04/laser-spine-s urgery-more-profit able-than-google-s ees-surge-in-compl aints.html  (May 8, 2011 | post #952)

Inflation jumps by biggest amount in 6 months

How ironic, the same time that the grandiose "stimulus package" checks were due to start arrivng. Boy, that really drove up the economy, didn't it? Next year, if it happens, try shooting for $3,000.00. The measly $300 checks sent out to most people just made things worse, and people more depressed than ever. This nation is in a bad way, and it is only going to get worse.  (Jun 13, 2008 | post #5)

Hogan Family Blasted For Lack Of Remorse

What kind of insurance company would provide coverage on a vehicle of this sort, driven by a 17-year-old male driver, on public streets? I would think the underwriters would refuse coverage due to the extreme modifications. Furthermore, I don't even understand how these sorts of vehicle are street legal. Granted, this accident could have happened in a non-modified vehicle; however, the obvious enticement of a young male driver in a modified vehicle only makes the situation worse.  (Jun 13, 2008 | post #98)

Hogan Family Blasted For Lack Of Remorse

Sentenced to 8 months...more than likely will get out in 4-5 months. It isn't even worth the taxpayers' money and all the hype to put somebody like this in jail for such a short period of time, who will probably learn no lesson from it whatsoever? Once he's out and back to his celebrity lifestyle, his time in jail won't phase him in the least bit. It's simply a slap on the wrist and a pathetic waste of everybody's time. I agree with John Graziano's older brother's statement, Frank Caruso. He sums it all up very well!  (Jun 10, 2008 | post #89)

Hogan Family Blasted For Lack Of Remorse

I bet the Hogans' lack of remorse won't change any when the civil suit begins either. They seem to have lost all concept of reality.  (Jun 5, 2008 | post #67)

Nude made cleans up good; steals $40K

I feel the same way. The grammatical and spelling errors seen in journalism these days is appauling. If someone would pay me to find all the errors I find in newspaper articles, etc., I would be a very rich person. Furthermore, although it saddens me to see that so many people in this country are truly illiterate, it sure would be an easy and comfortable way to make a living. Unfortunately, there are very few of us who are intelligent enough to even realize these mistakes, i.e., "made" versus "maid." Thanks for letting me know I am not alone.  (Jun 5, 2008 | post #3)

Yeah, I guess this will be the latest laziest excuse why the price of oil is on the rise. Sally Ride farts, and there goes the price of oil. What is this world coming to?  (Jun 5, 2008 | post #11)

The Hollywood Presidential Election

Very interesting; however, this information doesn't mean he is qualified to become the next president. Let's face it, this country is pretty much doomed. Every day brings more suffering to the American people, the price of gas, the price of food, the Iraq war, the homeless, our war veterans coming home and being treated like crap, etc. It isn't going to get any better, it doesn't matter who our next president is.  (Jun 5, 2008 | post #18)

Nick Bollea out of protective custody

Surely, Nick has seen the horrific pictures of John Graziano's head injuries that were presented in court. I don't care how old you are, how could you ever get those images out of your mind? I know I never will. I don't see how Nick could rationalize a statement that John just has "a bump on his head," when it is clearly obvious that a good portion of his "head" is missing and impairing his ability to walk out of the hospital, as the Hogans have insisted John will do someday. I just cannot comprehend how these people (Hogans), after seeing the graphic impact of John's injuries, can carry on the way they do. This isn't a reality TV show, this is reality in its purest form.  (Jun 5, 2008 | post #22)

The Hollywood Presidential Election

When it truly gets closer for the American people to vote, we'll see if they change their minds. A lot can still happen. If I were Obama, I wouldn't be celebrating just yet.  (Jun 5, 2008 | post #10)

Hulk Hogan's son wants out of solitary confinement

If not for HIPAA laws, I think just punishment for Nick would be to have John Graziano's entire medical chart translated to him, word for word in layman's terms, starting from the time he was transported from the scene of the accident to the present date. Perhaps then he would understand the horrible ramifications of his actions and the realistic condition and state in which John Graziano currently suffers. Nick Hogan was put in jail to be punished and to reflect on the outcome of his unthinkable actions. It appears that he is selfishly thinking about everything else except John Graziano and the serious bodily harm he has caused a young man who will more than likely never be able to do more than ultimately open and close his eyes.  (Jun 3, 2008 | post #103)
