You mean grieving people need to stop harassing people with legitimate opinions correct piggy boy! If you read through the post you will see that my post were not harassing in nature or even the worst! I never said anything bad about JF or anyone involved! I think I opened eyes, made my point that everyone needs to learn from this! Judging from the comments I see that there are some who will learn nothing! Every night Jane Velez-Mitchell, Nancy Grace, Wolf Blitzer, Bill O'Reilly, Greta Van Susteren and a host of others discuss and make comments and points on the stories of the day and though you may not agree or like what they say they are not put on trial for what they do say! R. Kind said it best! Why can't we all just get along? It's going to be a bad couple of days weather wise which will make for miserable wake and funeral but think about it! It's likely just the holy creator and overseer shedding a tear for the passing of one of his children! May God bless Joe, his family, friends and all of us! (Friday Nov 13 | post #71)

This is for you specifically big loss on Long Island! You are barking up the wrong tree! I hope your threat of reporting my post to the Vermont Criminal Bureau is not true! If it is you just wasted valuable time into their getting to the bottom of this case! I don't have or show any negative interest in Joseph Ferrante! I knew of his New York funeral information and posted it for the reason I stated! If you really cared about his family and friends you would have posted it so they could pay their respects! One thing that you have to understand and it's obvious that you don't is that this case happened in a public venue and is open to public person opinion! This is a public forum where people can post these public personal opinions! Posting a public personal opinion is NOT a violation of local, state or federal law! Now I will remind you that making targeted threats IS a violation of local, state and federal law and the rules of TOPIX FORUMS so I ask that you not do so in the future! I understand how you feel right now but making the situation worse by making personal threats won't bring back Joseph Ferrante! Such actions of exaggerating a situation is exactly what got him killed and his little boy injured! It never seems to amaze me how some people still don't learn even after given the harshest lessons! Hey Keith Whitcomb Jr this story isn't accurate! BPD Officers Stemp & Grande continued pursuit past Stewart's in North Hoosick and lost sight of the vehicle! VSP officer Wright who was in New York pursued the vehicle from White Creek, back into Vermont where Officer Stemp deployed the spike strips! VSP officer Wright pursued the vehicle back into New York on Rt 67 where he and BPD Officer Cole effected the arrest! Don't believe me, check the actual record! His mommy got the ride of her life didn't she? P.S. I thought the guy lived in Arlington or Cambridge! (Thursday Nov 12 | post #1)
