My family was split apart years ago by drugs in that town. I grew up there as well. I don't have any problem with harmless stoners. I have a problem with the meth labs, and people getting away with murder. The good old boys in that town running the show and probaly making a profit from those labs. Like most things today money talks and everyone has a price. Pulbic office, sheriff ect. It's sad that the town I grew up in isn't safe anymore. The people that are to protect town citizins I believe are part of the problem. (Apr 14, 2010 | post #3)
So far, crimes remain a mystery
Drugs have been a problem in Beloit for over 20 years and have never been spoke about, just like these murders are being treated like they never happend. Because the good old boys run that town and that's the way they want it until someone or the outside goverment will step in and make answers that they know come forth. Does anyone even care in Beloit anymore of what happens? It used to be a safe place to raise your family and go to church on Sunday. Last time I checked the sheriff is a public servant of the people who voted him there and should give the people some answers instead of silence. (Apr 13, 2010 | post #8)
I know that drugs have been a problem in Beloit for over 20 years and have been swept under the rug by public officals and servants. No one in that town wants to speak up in fear of what will happen to them. How about we talk about that? And the murders? There are people that know what happened but will never come forth because the are in fear. (Apr 13, 2010 | post #1)
