In a police state all you have to do is complain to the Gestapo or secret police and the person is picked up in the middle of the night and never seen again...however since Coeburn isn't in a police state it takes LEGITIMATE EVIDENCE not just someone's say so to have them picked up even when the police know they are dealing. Just because you or someone you know have seen them dealing isn't enough to have them picked up. All of those in the list that were picked up had to have bought from an undercover agent a minimum of 3 (three) times before they could be indited by a Grand Jury. (Mar 14, 2011 | post #73)
Hey Dim-Wit...Don't you know that talk like that can get the FBI on your tail. And just because you are hiding behind a fake name doesn't mean that they can't identify you...just ask the dim wit at PVHS who woke up one morning with the Wise Co Sheriff's office pounding on his door.
