If you noticed her hair was not being ripped from her scalp When I was younger I had really course hair. It was so bad to where my mother had to start from the ROOT. Her hair was not being combed from the ROOT but in general. Also I did not see one "real" tear falling from her eyes, I saw a bunch a squirming and falling out. Little baby drama queen. Dont get me wrong the situation could have been handled alot better, she could have held the end of her hair to lessen the pain thus saving some of her hair (if she keeps combing it like that it might break off) OR..... She could have washed it and applied moisturizer. Either way, trial and error reared it's ugly head Try watching the Color Purple, now that's REAL abuse when combing hair back then no fancy moisturizers or combs just real hard work and elbow grease  (Aug 25, 2009 | post #23)
