Place for Women who have a Husband in Prison

Hi Sherwoodforest; It is sad but our justice system is not even close to being perfect. We are hoping we can help and make a difference. Our main focus is on the left behind women and children who we consider part of the Innocent victims. We do have programs planned for the incarcerated once they are released and back at home. We want to be there to help them with their Fresh Start as well. We have plans of opening our Helps Center Outreach Centers all across the United States in areas that has a large left behind incarcerated population. We need help doing this so prayerfully local businesses and individuals will get behind us and help so we can provide the support needed and then work towards bring awareness to how corrupt our justice system actually is. Place for Women who have a Husband in Prison

Lora in Albuquerque; We don't have a Helps Center in the Albuquerque area at this time. However, if you would like to send in your story we can share it with other left behind women in the groups we do have and post it on one of our websites and broadcast on our Internet Radio Stations that are focused to provide Hope and Encouragement to those passing through some difficult storms in their life. Keep God first (Seek His Kingdom first) and He will help you through this time of trial you are passing through with your husband. You guys will have an amazing marriage when he gets back home if you both will keep in #1 in your life. Place for Women who have a Husband in Prison

We are a Non-Denominational Christian Ministry that provides Hope & Encouragement for people passing through some difficult times in their life. We also provide (through our Helps Centers), support for Women and their Children that have a Husband or Father incarcerated in prisons. Most people do not realize it but when a Husband is set off to prison, the women and children left behind are left in a prison of their own. Not one behind bars, but one of the World. Ther are times they loose their homes, cars, jobs and all personal belongings. We are here to help them when and where we can. Currently we have a presence in Arizona and Texas. Our goal is to open Helps Centers in Major Cities all across the United States. More information on What a Helps Center is and What it provides can be found on our Website at http://www.FreshSt artFellowship.com If you think a Helps Center is needed in your area, please tell us. If you are a spouse of someone in prison and if things get really tough and you need someone to talk to or just a shoulder to cry on, we want you to be able to use ours. Ladies, if you are going through this and would like to share to others going through the same, please leave comments on how you are making it day by day. Thank you and Blessings to you all. Man sentenced to prison under wrong name

Can this be? Man was sentenced to prison and ordered to pay a high restitution, all under the wrong name. It is documented in court transcripts where the Judge asked him if he was ?? and he replied, No I am not and gave them his legal name. They continued with the conviction under the wrong name. Is he liable to pay the restitution since it is addressed to the wrong name?  (Aug 22, 2008 | post #1)
