topix...YOU...

well Beth, you can set up a profile just like every other site on the Internet. I've seen a lot of things here that I don't agree with especially the gossip but you can request it be removed if you see something cruel or untrue. That's how I found the site. I check it weekly about once a month I see something awful about family or friends children I report it and it gets removed before the day is out typically. I would like to say that in my time dealing with topix I had found something good about the site but unfortunately I haven't. But I do think it's what you make of it. I think the idea of a towns site should be wonderful if you could make a happy thought rule. But I suppose that's what Facebook is for. I would love to be able to remove every thing negative but I don't think anyone would visit then.  (May 5, 2014 | post #4)

hmmm sounds like a divorced man who couldn't keep his wife satisfied. Real mean appreciate what a stay home wife does for him. Maybe if you would have paid attention to her she wouldn't have become depressed. I have been happily married for 22 yrs. single mom, not gonna happen hubby is quite happy with me. I take good care of him and his kids. Ignorant, arrogant men think like u do but I forgive u maybe u have been single to long to remember how nice it is to be loved by a good woman  (Jul 11, 2013 | post #101)

stay out of the topic who the heck are u? Do u work there? Absolutely I feel fan freakin tastic about staying at home while my HUSBAND goes to work guess your spouse doesn't have that privilege It's pretty nice for him to know that his kids are cared for and food is cooked when he gets home. Princess hell ya he makes me his princess, lazy not a chance. Stay home moms are far from lazy. We raise the next generation. Guess your ex or baby mommas are raising yours.  (Jul 11, 2013 | post #97)

Why does every company around here drug test for marijuana?

No matter what you call it cannabis is just pot. And nobody wants to work with a pothead or a drunk for that matter. Instead of suggesting a more relaxed policy maybe we should look for random alcohol testing too. That might make alot of places safer. As far as testing goes they should expect people to be educated enough to do the job . We're not really the back woods rednecks tv makes us out to be.  (Jul 11, 2013 | post #5)

i didn't mean for it to sound the way it did. I just get tired of people bashing waupaca, ( especially people who work there) if you only hear from the people who complain thats what u will believe. Just frustrates me :)  (Jul 10, 2013 | post #85)

my husband works there. Our children and I are well cared for bcz of waupaca. Thanks to waupaca I was able to b a stay home mom, able to raise my own children. Bc of waupaca I have insurance. Bcz of waupaca my family has not been effected like most families have bcz of the economy. All I'm saying is if u have a good paying job that keeps your children fed why complain about it. I'm sure some guy in the unemployment line would love to have your spot if u don't want it.  (Jul 10, 2013 | post #81)
